Only pros are location and unit size. They charged us more a month than what was advertised on their site. The property is in horrible need of a major remodel. Broken side walks that you will break your foot on, weeds over grown, rarely see a landscaping crew come by.Most units are riddled with mold and smell awful. Expect maintenance to come by often to “put a bandaid” on major problems. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing when you move out. I have rented many apartments and never have I been charged for paint upon moving out. That is always considered under normal wear and tear. I cleaned my unit from top to bottom and still charge over $200 for a cleaning fee. DO NOT expect your security deposit back! They will find a reason to take it all! My family owns many large apartments complexs managed by greystar and this would never happen!!

We called for new battery’s for our code entrance and Randy maintenance worker showed up. He immediately repaired the problem in five minutes, and everything was solved. very professional and kind person

We thought we had a gas leak and called for an emergency checkin in the middle of the night and Carlos came over as quickly as he could. He tested everything to make sure there wasn’t a leak and thank goodness there wasn’t, but he had everything ready to make the repairs if he had to. We’re very thankful he came out and he was so kind, if ever we have another emergency we hope to see him again! Carlos you are the best!!!!

My husband and I very much enjoy living in this peaceful, quiet community. Management is very responsive, and when needed, they jump right on any issues. And, we really appreciate the wonderful assistance Carlos gives us when/if there is a maintenance problem. Carlos is very personable, knowledgeable, and always responsible and thorough when there is a repair needed. We consider him to be very much an asset to this company/complex. We are most appreciative of the effort put forth to provide a comfortable living environment here.

I cannot recommend Rebecca Marder and Carlos Fletes at Country Oaks Apartments enough. Rebecca went above and beyond as my leasing agent, making my move-in process smooth and stress-free. Rebecca's friendly, responsive communication made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Carlos has been my go-to for any maintenance needs as a Country Oaks resident. Whether it's a quick question or a minor repair, Carlos is always professional and efficient in resolving any issues. He takes pride in his work and it shows through his attention to detail and stellar customer service. My pup loves seeing Carlos! His kind demeanor puts pets at ease. Randy, Jorge, and Carlos all did a great job saving us from the rain floods outside that were pouring into our back living area. When the rain was the heaviest they came by numerous times to help with sand bags, hang tarps, and redig a canal so the water out front could flow in to the street. And coordinated with a previous vendor to finish a job with the rain gutter. Without them the body of water was almost into the bedroom and living room via the glass sliding doors. We almost had to evacuate. We can't thank them enough along with the Emergency response team at the main office.

This review is for the excellent help I got from Randy. It was a weekend, it was raining like crazy and less than an hour after I called, Randy was at my door. He fixed my sink and was so kind. Great service like this really does make a difference. Thank you!
