Great preschool! My daughter loved her year in Room 4 with Ms. Cynthia. Welcomed with a smile from Ms. Brianne or Ms. Melisa every morning always put me at ease at drop-off. It's a great mix of learning & play, outdoor school, science, art, music and more. Parent community was great too!

My daughter had the best year in Room 4 with Ms. Cynthia! Best mix of learning & play at Cornerstone.

Ms. Melisa and her staff are warm, caring, and involved. They go above and beyond to meet their students' emotional and behavioral needs. All kids "belong" at Cornerstone!

We are SO happy with Cornerstone. The curriculum is like no other preschool that I toured (and I toured about 15) and they are really developing those school readiness skills for your child to succeed in Elementary! My daughter is happy, safe, learning, and thriving so far! The teachers are passionate, kind, and warm! We would recommend the school to anyone looking for a really well rounded preschool experience!

I wish I could give this school a negative star. This place has a very cold energy. Very sad to see a school run by money and not love for the children. Don't waste time...do not send your child here.

If I could give a negative star I would. Beware when sending your children to this school. It saddens me to even have to write this review and no words can express the sadness I feel having even had my child in this school for a year. The director fails to acknowledge major issues within the school. She is very good with words to protect herself or her reputation, but I'll trust that pretty soon more parents will come to light and speak louder about their own experiences here. I have whitnessed many situations at the school that were very serious like the one my family experienced and though they might go noticed they are often swept under the rug and asked to not be spoke of again. My son was sent home with poop on him three times and the teacher to student ratio is not always followed, even employees have awknoledged this. The drama that occurred at this school between staff is the main focus. Had I known what I do now about this school, the staff, director, and the things that go on here I would have never allowed my son to attend cornerstone. When finding a new school for my son every school had received families with very similar issues from cornerstone. The school paints a very pretty picture with the location and decor but do not let that fool you. Since my son attended school 6 employees left the school all saying the same thing. I'm not writing this review because I'm mad I'm writing it because as a parent I wish I knew all this before I ever allowed my son to attend this school, it ended up being a very emotional experience for my whole family, and sadly for my son who wasn't deserving of that at all.

As a parent there is nothing more important than where you leave your child. When my daughter was an infant we chose home daycare which worked great - then we tried a larger preschool setting. At first it was o.k. but then she changed classes and suddenly there were 24 two-year olds and 2 teachers. Everyday she was bullied and hurt by other kids and cried when I left her there. I spent countless hours searching for every school I would leave my baby in, and when I walked into Cornerstone I knew my search for any and every preschool was over. It felt as if we were coming home. Having been a preschool teacher myself in the past I have very high expectations, and Cornerstone far exceeded every one of them. The teachers are exceptional, the child to teacher ratio is small, the classrooms are stocked with the greatest materials and they provide amazing on-site field trips and experiences. I was able to start my daughter there before she was potty trained, and they helped her achieve that and every other goal I set for her. She started in the first classroom at 2 1/2 yrs. old and is about to graduate from the Transitional Kindergarten class at 5 yrs. With the help of the wonderful teachers at Cornerstone my daughter was accepted to 2 of the most prestigious private schools in the state. She has made friends she will remember for life and achieved more than expected in every single area. She has never cried when I left her there - not even on the first day - and never wants to leave when I come to get her. They offer incredible hours filled with learning and fun and you, as a parent, never have to worry about your child. NEVER! There is nothing I could say that could ever express my gratitude for this school and the teachers I have come to know and truly love. Visit - I promise you will never leave (well not until you have to!).
