They seem to have better prices than the other nearby Chevron stations. However, their pumps sometimes have issues reading cards and dispensing receipts. 80% of the time you have to go inside and when you bring it to their attention.... Eh.

This is now a Chevron station. FYI the Vons reward system does not work (and has not worked for weeks) so if you plan to use rewards I recommend finding another station.

04/15/2018 Quick, pull up the nearest Shell. Does it have to be Shell? YES!! Take this next exit coming up. "Signal, Swerve, lane change X4, honks and waves, we are out on the off ramp." That's how we ended up at this gas station. It certainly feels like one of those road trip out of nowhere, middle of nowhere, small town only gas station for the next 50 miles type of gas station ever. Luckily, we don't have to step a foot inside the establishment as we swipe cards at the pump. Gas, fill 'er up, driver enters the car as I stand there pumping gas. I feel like I should be wiping the windows, checking under the hood for oil, water, etc. then wipe hands on a dirty oily rag expecting a tip. "This is where you get back in the car if you don't want to walk..." I respond like Chandler on Friends, "Oh, right..." Runs around car and hops in...

If I could leave zero stars for this 'fine' establishment, I would. I just got off the phone with the most lackadaisical, careless, pride-less owner, Jeff. While I attempted to use a diesel pump, which is in the sorest need of servicing (can't read screen even with hands clasped around it, and diesel handle falling apart - apparently "industry standards") due to high sun exposure, at the junction of the handle and hose, gas leaked down the bottom and dripped all over my suede boots. While I was busy focusing on holding the broken handle and appropriately pumping my vehicle, Jeff noted that I should have been "paying attention" and that it was my issue. I called to not only inform him of the faulty pump (screen, handle, junction, etc.) but to see if he would be at all willing to help cover the cost of my shoe cleaning. Needless to say, he laughed in my face, and told me it was industry standard. He also was charming enough to note that he had been in business for 25+ years at that very location and that how could he possibly be in business that long if he wasn't a fair and honest person. Located at a convenient on/off ramp is the reason the establishment still exists, because clearly it wouldn't be customer service or maintenance. He said it was my prerogative to no longer return, and I agreed. Well, it is also my prerogative to leave a comment on how poorly your business choices are. To each their own. Thank you for solidifying my reason to never return to your less than fine place of business.
