“I recommend this shop over ANY other if you need repairs done to your auto. I came in needing some undercarraige work done on my Mercedes.I really didn't have much cash, but he worked with me and repaired it right on the spot. Mo is truly one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. He worked on my car right there on the spot, even though he was busy on a Friday evening. I have an old car, and most people just don't "have the time." or, when it's a Mercedes, they're gonna charge you ALOT more money. Not Mohammed. Heis truly a knowledgeable & skilled mechanic who listens & really does care. It is so hard to find! I suggest strongly not to waste your time & money and go somewhere else when we have this amazing resource right here. In Agoura Hills! II will always go back and will recommend all my friends to Club. Thank you so much for your help, Mo, and I will be seeing you again with any automobile problems in the future. A good review is rare to write these days, but this business definitely deserves it!”

“Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. The repair did take longer than expected, with my insurance company being slow to respond, uncooperative, and stingy with Premier's initial and supplemental estimates. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it.
Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs.
Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway!
I would highly recommend Premier Coach Collision to anyone in the unfortunate position of having to select a Tesla-certified body shop after a collision.”

“I wanted to just say that I had a excellent experience with Brad & his shop employees. They definitely have an eye for detail and a passion for making sure their customers have a great experience and results that are eye pleasing. I had them restore my 62 VW Bus to a high level. Many hours and hard work was put into this vehicle to make it look like it did when back in the day. They had to replace metal and had many headaches(in my opinion) that they said "no problem". The journey was fun and a positive experience with the restoration. They definitely offer a great customer experience. Highly recommend for any vehicle new or old to have them fix it to a very high standard.”

“I had a squeeling noise from the front of my car which I thought was the serpentine belt which still made the noise after replacing it. Then I was told it was probably the turbo from a shop but thought it was possibly a bolt based on an online video and hoping since there was only 73k miles on my mk6 GTI. The owner took my car for a drive and listen then after looking further determined it was the turbo. Thank you for replacing the turbo with the new part vs the other shop that was quoting a remanufactured part and though the newer part was somewhat more it was OEM and the overall the labor was a little bit cheaper than the first/other quote. When a broken bolt was found, which they visually showed us (my mechanically inclined friend and I), they were able to remove it for a reasonable price so both problems were fixed. Lastly they warned me of sidewall damage in one of my tires (which I knew about) but a mechanic also found that some of my tires were put on inside-out from the now closed Simi Valley Just Tires, but the T.O. Just Tires fixed both problems using the warranty for the bubble tire. I can only imagine the cost at a dealership considering how overpriced a transmission service was from the dealership recently. Thank you extremely to Jim and Mirek for the great work, service and price.”
