“I recommend this shop over ANY other if you need repairs done to your auto. I came in needing some undercarraige work done on my Mercedes.I really didn't have much cash, but he worked with me and repaired it right on the spot. Mo is truly one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. He worked on my car right there on the spot, even though he was busy on a Friday evening. I have an old car, and most people just don't "have the time." or, when it's a Mercedes, they're gonna charge you ALOT more money. Not Mohammed. Heis truly a knowledgeable & skilled mechanic who listens & really does care. It is so hard to find! I suggest strongly not to waste your time & money and go somewhere else when we have this amazing resource right here. In Agoura Hills! II will always go back and will recommend all my friends to Club. Thank you so much for your help, Mo, and I will be seeing you again with any automobile problems in the future. “Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. The repair did take longer than expected, with my insurance company being slow to respond, uncooperative, and stingy with Premier's initial and supplemental estimates. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it.
Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs.
Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway!
I would highly recommend Premier Coach Collision to anyone in the unfortunate position of having to select a Tesla-certified body shop after a collision.”

“Bill of Dent Logic lived up to his exceptional reputation. He worked on two separate damages on the rear driver-side door of our 2017 RAV4. One was a typical nasty bullseye parking lot ding, but the other was a more problematic crease caused by someone backing into the side of the car right by the edge of the door, so it had a double crease in a T-shape where it hit the reinforced rolled edge of the door. Bill acknowledged that this one may be difficult to correct, as I suspected. But he was willing to try it. I am ecstatic to report that both are now distant memories, as Bill worked his magic to completely eliminate any trace of them. We couldn't be any more satisfied with his work, which was performed on our driveway, in a decent amount of time, and at a very fair price. We would highly recommend that anyone needing paintless dent repair strongly consider Dent Logic for that work. You will be amazed by the wonderful results!”

I spoke to John and he quickly looked over my vehicle and gave me a quote via email within one day. He told me it would take two weeks. Price was reasonable so I gave them a chance to work breast.All I can say is they did a fantastic profession job. Work was better than expected and exactly what I asked for. They definitely have an eye for detail and a passion for making sure their customers have a great experience and results that are eye pleasing. I had them restore my 62 VW Bus to a high level. Many hours and hard work was put into this vehicle to make it look like it did when back in the day. They had to replace metal and had many headaches(in my opinion) that they said "no problem". The journey was fun and a positive experience with the restoration. They definitely offer a great customer experience. Highly recommend for any vehicle new or old to have them fix it to a very high standard.”

“Wonderful service and attention to detail by Albert and his team! I went in for an estimate for paint restoration for my 14 year-old Accord, given the UV damage over the years. It was starting to rust as the protective layer was gone from the rooftop. I knew I had to get it repaired but worried about upselling and the final cost. Albert reassured me that a total car paint job was not necessary (unless that's what I wanted and would come with a hefty price tag) and substantially (by thousands of dollars) reduced the final price as only a few panels including the rooftop needed to be done. I picked up my car today, and everything was done so well. The paint job looks like it did on the first day when I bought the car and the headlights are gleaming bright. The car looks refreshed and new and at a fraction of what all the other places in Simi Valley quoted me. Trust this place and go in for an estimate. You won't be disappointed! I'll be referring all my family and friends here.”
