“I recommend this shop over ANY other if you need repairs done to your auto. I came in needing some undercarraige work done on my Mercedes.I really didn't have much cash, but he worked with me and repaired it right on the spot. Mo is truly one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. He worked on my car right there on the spot, even though he was busy on a Friday evening. I have an old car, and most people just don't "have the time." or, when it's a Mercedes, they're gonna charge you ALOT more money. Not Mohammed. Heis truly a knowledgeable & skilled mechanic who listens & really does care. It is so hard to find! I suggest strongly not to waste your time & money and go somewhere else when we have this amazing resource right here. In Agoura Hills! II will always go back and will recommend all my friends to Club. Thank you so much for your help, Mo, and I will be seeing you again with any automobile problems in the future. “I feel like these days it’s rare to find a business that truly takes pride in their work. So many places do the bare minimum and move on. World Class Collision was the complete opposite.
From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They consistently checked in with phone calls and status updates so I was never left wondering what was happening with my car. The repair work itself was excellent, but what really stood out was their integrity and attention to detail.
They noticed my car battery was dying and offered to replace it, even though they absolutely didn’t have to say anything or do that for me. On top of that, they realized I had overpaid by $100 and proactively called me to reimburse me. That level of honesty and care is incredibly rare.
This kind of work ethic is hard to find these days, and businesses like this deserve all the praise, recognition, and loyal customers they can get. I’m so grateful for the experience and would recommend World Class Collision without hesitation. They truly live up to their name.”

“Everything about my experience was great here. I loved that they already had seamless processes in place with the rental car company and the insurance company. I went out of town while my vehicle was being repaired and didn't have to worry about anything. Updates from Tony and staff, came via text although I could always call if I had immediate concerns, which there were none.
My parents owned a very well known and respected paint and body shop over the years so I was a little nervous venturing out to someone new. Tony was great answering all my questions and concerns even the crazy ones.
City Auto's painter was incredible. He feathered in the paint so well you can't see where the old vs new paint meets. I had an existing, small blemish on my paint near the damaged site and they went above and beyond and got that too. I had some add-ons like my chrome trim wrapped in black and it looks better than my original wrap.
My car came back cleaner than when I left it too!

“Brought in a 1954 Austin Healey BN-1, had dents in the front, rust in the doors and rust in the undercarriage. It needed repairs, plus a paint job. Bobby's work is superb. The whole group there are totally reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality at its' best and people you can trust. They completed the job before time and everything went smoothly, plus the costs were less than expected!!! So glad we found them.”

“I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter from Garrett. I called asking for more pics and details about a 2018 i3 S that they had and Garrett was transparent with me on its condition, confirming some minor blemishes and providing a video walk around and additional pics so that I could judge for myself if it was worth the 1.5hr drive to check out the car in person and purchase. We worked out a deal over text and agreed on a fair price. When I arrived, I was given as much time as I needed to inspect the car, take it for a test drive, and charge it up at the local BMW dealer. I was gone for probably an hour and not once did they freak out or demand I bring the car back. I was pretty impressed that they gave me leeway to make sure I was good with the car. But the best part of my purchase experience with Garrett and team was the fact that they did not try to upsell me or "add on" any BS package like paint protection, GPS tracking, or fabric/leather warranties. All those are complete garbage and it's good to see Allen Motors not use those unethical bait and switch practices that other used car dealers do. It is probably the worst thing any dealer can do to you besides sell you a lemon. Garrett was professional, easy going, and made the process go very smoothly from beginning to end. I got a great car for my daughter at a fair price and I didn't have to wade through any BS sales pitches or get tricked into paying for "add ons" that I did not want. It was definitely a 10/10 experience for me and I've bought many cars over the years.”
