I have never had a better insurance guy in my life, and I'm almost 74! Bob makes it all easy and always reasonable. I have homeowners and auto insurance with him and it is absolutely the best coverage I could hope for!

Bob has been our car and home agent for many (many!) decades, and has been exemplary in keeping us on track with appropriate coverage. He manages this with consummate professionalism leavened with a wry sense of humor, and talking to Bobby is never a chore. He makes himself easily available, and returns calls quickly. Armed with his years of experience, he has been loose-herding us through the challenges of California’s insurance system for years. We would not want to do so without him.

Bob Downes has been insuring me for over 30+ years. Both Cars and the house. He has totally taken care of me for over 3 decades. A couple fender benders here and there, No Problem. Always takes the hassle out of getting back on the road. I have a Dear friend in my Agent Bob Downes.
