If I could give 0 I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life. They lost my package worth HUNDREDS of dollars and do nothing to fix it. UPS keeps closing claims and Barefoot Dreams is claiming they can’t do anything about it. They are INCOMPETENT.

Absolutely the most frustrating Customer Service manager I have ever talked to. Zero concern for the customer and not helpful what so ever. It seemed like the laziest way to handle a situation and I was as kind as I possibly could have been but she was simply to lazy to help. Sadly I will not be a customer anymore. I am just so disappointed and frustrated. I wish there was someone else I could call, but according to her there is not.

Was gifted a pair of the men's sunbleached jogger pants. They are very comfortable but after less than 4 months, they completely fell apart with multiple large holes in them. Really poor quality for the cost (paid $140). Barefoot Dreams refused to refund them.

If I could give zero stars… I would. I bought a gift for someone that the unfortunately already received… After emailing and calling multiple times about a refund I have still yet to hear anything. They did send the package though, which to me seems to be more than what they usually do. Never buying without reading reviews again!!!!!

I previously gave a one star review for Barefoot Dreams never shipping a sweater I ordered in mid-December. Despite hours of waiting on hold and sending multiple e-mails as instructed, I never reached a customer representative. Today I reached a customer rep, received an immediate refund and apology. It's good to see a company take responsibility and respond to valid customer complaints.

Don’t order from them if you don’t want them to take your money and never deliver the product. Worst customer service EVER!!!! After we spent over $1,000 in their Malibu store I decided to order a few items as a gift for my husband’s birthday. Placed an order on September 13th, never got any confirmation email even the amount was charged from my account. Three days later (on September 16th) I received an email that the package was shipped. The tracking number showed that the package was delivered (it never was!) the same day I received that email. Not only my husband never got his birthday gift, but I also never got my money back. I called customer support and they were supposed to contact me back within 10 days which they never did. I called again and they said that UPS stated that they delivered and that they (UPS) contacted me so Barefoot Dreams decided that they don’t need to. So they decided to take another 10 days and again never contacted me. I just called them back to find out that apparently UPS delivered it again two days ago (how?? If it was already delivered over a month ago then what did they deliver just now?). We are about to take all the products that we ever purchased back to their store as the way they treat their devoted customers is really frustrating. Don’t want to have anything related to this company anymore! And will make sure to share my experience with everyone so people wouldn’t have to deal with the hustle I’m dealing with after spending hundreds of dollars. Terrible business!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND NEVER SEND THE ITEM. WHEN YOU INQUIRE AS TO WHERE THE ITEM IS YOU WILL NEVER SPEAK TO A HUMAN OR GET AN EMAILED RESPONSE. UPDATE: 1/19/20.. I got a refund via email. No sorry about that.. no email that said yes we know we suck, sorry.. I had to do the work to get my money back. Called my cc company... waited.. and in the mean time I paid interstate's on the money.. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

This is truly the WORST customer service that I have EVER experienced in my life. I placed a Black Friday order. I’m still waiting for it and it’s mid January. It’s not backordered. It was a gift! I have called 26 times. I had to leave messages because nobody EVER answered the phone. And I even emailed a handful of times with NO response. I’ve even called the Wholesale Department to try to help me. Finally, I was connected with a person in the Web Department and she told me that they were expediting it to you me before Christmas. I had wrapped an image up of the item for the recipient of the gift. The item NEVER showed up. I am so livid. I feel lied to and disrespected. This will catch up with them. I promise! You simply can’t run a business like this and have the business be successful. Shame on you Barefoot Dreams! What an embarrassment!

I never received a package I ordered for someone’s birthday, they still haven’t gotten any response from these people after calling and emailed the company. Worst of all the person I ordered for still hasn’t gotten their gift. Please answer the phone messages and emails customers sent you.

Very poor customer service. I think 3 people work here out of their garage or something. Great product, but never order directly from company. They don’t return calls, refund for items not shipped, or honor sales prices once they decide they have sold too many at the discounted price. I have to say the most bizarre customer service experience in my life. I will be disputing charge.

I ordered a gift on 11/29 and received a confirmation email with an order number. I have called their “customer service” number and left over 10 voicemails requesting someone to call me back. I have emailed the company with no response. I have no idea why no one will answer my calls but it has been over a month of trying to track these people down. I would give this company a 0 if I could. My credit card was charged for the item as well.
