This place is great! These guys are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Before I went here I had gone to another shop that straight face lied to me about my brakes. This Shop is the only place I will be going for all my auto repair.

If could rate the auto clinic 10 stars I would. The customer service is amazing. Jaime Melendez, the owner went above and beyond to help my husband and myself out. Our car broke down as we were heading back to Canada. After a long stressful day just trying to get my car there, he made the earth move to make sure we were back on the road the very next day. Brought my car in for a basic inspection and oil change, and they converted me into a loyal customer. At no point did I feel like I was being sold to as I've encountered with some nationwide chains I've been to. They serviced my car incredibly quickly and I was on my way. I'll probably be bringing it back soon for some additional routine maintenance. Highly recommended!

I was trying to take care of my mom who recently lost her job and was having issues with her battery. We had AAA take it in to this shop only to have them be really disrespectful and rude when we called for updates and or questions like anyone would. I have a mechanic friend who told me to ask if they had gone through these steps and when I asked was given a response of "do it yourself then". I simply wanted to know if they had received the part and placed it in the vehicle. I was devastated to understand this is why my mom was breaking down crying (Leo's tone and attitude) as well as having issues with the fact of just losing her job and could've used a little more patience from Leo. I would not recommend anyone going here for the lack of manners and lack of customer service. You can pay to have things fixed at Danny's Automotive who we will go with from now on. He explains things and didn't take offense to simple questions.

Auto clinic repair is 5 star ***** auto repair.Jaime the owner is very qualified and knowledgeable mechanic!He is the only one working on my cars on the last 21 years .Jaime always have time to talk to me and any other customer. Jaime is truly a nice guy and runs a proper legit repair garage. I discovered him by accident (not on a Main Street) and realized that this is one of the well established car repair places that has been there forever and has an amazing reputation locally. Basically (after the Wolsey fires and I love all that I own ) my truck decided to call it a day. Seriously all hope was lost for my truck which had a blown ignition coils and a bunch of other stuff... and Jaime saved my a**. Now I have a truck that's better than ever, and I have a new mechanic for life. (Or at least as long as I am living in Agoura Hills) My previous mechanic was good too but he lives too far away. I know a lot about cars and a good mechanic is gold!!! Jaime is gold... and he genuinely cares, which is important too.
