For those of us who live in the Conejo Valley and the surrounding areas, we know what a staple of the community Alpert's is. In my line of work, I have the opportunity to talk with business owners all day long. Today, I had the opportunity to spend some time with Rick Alpert. What a great experience. A genuine, nice, respectful and friendly person. If you are looking for furniture for your kids, I recommend you give Rick and his team a call. They know what they are doing as they have been in the business over 35 years and they know the meaning of customer service.

They were very helpful and accommodating to us, we had ordered our baby furniture 5 months before our baby's due date at another chain store...long story short, we had such a terrible experience we ended up going to Alpert's Kidz instead. I wish we would have gone here first. They were able to get everything we needed when we were down to the wire with our baby's due date. They delivered the furniture and even set it up! The customer service was really excellent, they were very friendly. I am really glad we purchased our baby furniture through them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing to buy a crib or baby furniture.
