I have invested in multiple loans with AHF over several years. The level of detail and transparency provided for each investment is comprehensive and every question I've had has been answered honestly without any sales-y spin. It's obvious that they care about the relationships they build with investors more than any one particular investment, so my capital has always felt safe in their hands. I have recommended their services to other investors and will continue to do so!

Quick yet detail oriented lender! We reached out to them for a quick fix and flip acquisition loan when our loan fell through with another lender. They agreed to use our existing appraisal and didn't require us to pay for a new one which was a major plus for us , since most lenders require their own appraisal. After going through the appraisal and going through our documents, they visited the property and approved our loan. The whole process was quick and they funded our loan with 7 business days ! Bentley provided great costumer service and was a phone call away the whole time. We will be using them again! Highly recommend Agoura Hills Financial

I can't say enough good things about Agora Hills financial and our loan broker Bentley. They really came through for us when we need it, and moved quickly to meet our time constraints. Our situation was a little complicated but Bentley was able to walk us through the process and within a day we were back on track. Agoura Hills financial, and Bentley will be our go-to lender in the future. Fantastic customer service, competitive rates, and a willingness and ability to perform when time is of the essence.

I had a great experience working with Agoura Hills Financial. Bentley was my loan officer and he provided great customer service through the whole process. My loan was a little unusual and other lenders had turned me away. I need to close quickly on a purchase of a commercial property with no income, and make it appear to be an all cash purchase. AHF was to fund the loan quickly and painlessly. I recommend them for anyone needing private money lender for fix and flip, rehab or other short term loan needs.

Both Bentley and Rod are the best in the business. They have been the only private lender I've used for the past 5 years.
