Saved us! We just bought a used Tesla and got a flat tire soon after. Our tire wasn’t repairable, but these guys were able to order us a new tire and have it arrive within 2 days. The service was very professional, they let us leave our car there while the tire was being delivered, and we were back on the road without any headaches.

Poor experience. I am a woman and my tires were uneven. I ask for an aligment specifically if they would take care of the 3 parameters camber toes and caster and put them into specification. I had some old but good 2 tires in the car they refused to assess them saying that I needed to buy 2 new tires to do a correct aligment. I did buy 2 tires. Upon reception of the alignment paperwork one parameter was not even assessed, another was out of spec even after aligment they did, the third were already fine in the 4 tires. So nothing that was really needed was really done. I said to them to reimburse me the aligment cost and i was told it was a suspension issue so I had to ay extra money (really?) and no explanation why they did nti do what they said they would not check all the 3 parameters. I went to Tesla and they fix all 3 parameters and put them into spefication and nothig was linked to a suspension issue: Bottom line Tesla did a nornal aligment services at a standard rate. I went back to Agoura car care askign them to reimbused me the aligment. They of couse refused. They also change all the valves specifically on 2 tires that I did not ask any service for. And there was another fee i dont even know wthat this is about. BEWARE of the BS they say and the BAD services! Shame on them. I am disputing part of the charge with my credit card company I envcourage people to do so when business act poorly like that!

I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years but will now never be back. This place used to be great for reliable and professional service for but now are unprofessional hacks. They canceled my confirmed appointment I drove 20 miles for without even a call or text due to "overbooking"and then guy literally just shrugged his shoulders at me like oh well, even when I reiteratedI have an appointment and really need the work done. Couldn't even give me an apology or offer options or a new appointment. Then the guy just walks off to back and wont answer when i am practically yelling to get his attention for followup questions. You are better off going to even jiffy lube now. Avoid.

Excellent service. Honest and straight up mechanic. Salvador is a good guy and charged me an affordable price, got in done way faster than expected on a weekend. Great people and great business.

The worst customer service, didn’t seem to care about their customers concerns, took their time, lights went on, even after they checked, and there was nothing wrong, wants to up charge you and do things that are not necessary. The worst do yourself a favor and never bring your car there!

We had a flat tire on our Tesla. Frankly I had heard horror stories of Tesla not wanting to repair flats and invariably charging to change the tire altogether. But we found this place and the guy looked at the tire and said they can repair it! For just 20 dollars!
I am really happy that they did not push to change the tire altogether.

I was looking for a shop to fix my tire in agoura on sunday. All were closed but this advertise on Google map that they ate open. So instead of going to the next open shop, I drove all the way there just to find out that it was close!
