Update as of August 18, 2021: Banana now has a corneal ulcer and has been seeing Dr. Capper again. As always, I am so pleased with everyone here. They're super accommodating! Thank you!

Update to my long review! I'm a very fair person. They reached out to me to discuss and apologize so that deserves recognition. Appreciated it!!! Hopefully everyone can learn and improve in the future.

The staff was very customer service oriented. They were very gentle with my aunt's cat.
