I would 200% recommend this company to anyone who is shipping their vehicles! I spoke with Samantha and she was very kind and informative. No hidden fees at all. I shipped my car from KS to CA and during that weekend there was a winter storm. The original pick up date was supposed to be Saturday or Sunday and to be delivered on the following Wednesday. However, the truck driver sent a text message saying they would pick up my car on Tuesday, which was new to me. I called Samantha to ask if the delivery date was going to be changed. She was honest and said she was unaware of the delay and would find out for me after she contacts the truck driver. After she found out she called me right back and told me the truck driver was having issues due to the weather but my car would still be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday.
I really appreciate the fact that she was honest and did not make up a story just to shut me up. Instead she really took the time out to investigate the issue.
I previously booked with AAA Anytime and they were awful. I am extremely grateful that A to Z was recommended to me. Great customer service and the shipment went smoothly.
I read in other reviews that their cars were delivered dirty. That is true, my car did arrive dirty but it is only natural because of the weather. These people really reassured me and I will be looking to use their services again in the near future.

A to Z did a great job moving my car from CA to MA in 6 days. The car arrived in the same condition I left it and the driver reached out the day prior to let me know when it would be available for pickup. I highly recommend A to Z!

A to Z did a fantastic job from initial contact to pickup to delivery. We received our car in exactly a week, all the way across the country and in tip top shape. The transport/dispatch team and drivers were very courteous and nice to work with in every instance. Most importantly our favorite part was working with Samantha. We dealt with tons of people prepping for and throughout our move and none were better to work with than Samantha. Every question she answered timely and thoroughly. Every time we needed something resolved she handled it incredibly quickly and professionally. And the best part of working with Samantha was just how kind and courteous she is. We truly cannot thank Samantha enough for the attention to detail on making our move seem like a high priority and for handling all of our questions with such kindness. A to Z did a professional job shipping my vehicle cross country. I had a point person in the office, Barbara, who kept my informed every step of the way. I did not need to call her, she called me. As a busy person it’s nice to know a task is in good hands. The drivers were efficient and communicative. The day before pickup/drop-off they estimated a time of arrival. The day of arrival they kept me informed as to the exact time. The loading and unloading of the vehicle was quick, painless, and took only minutes. The price was unbeatable, and the level of service received was outstanding. I would recommend A to Z to anyone who loves their vehicle and needs it shipped.

I used A to Z Auto Shipping to move a car from DC to Palm Springs. Scheduling was easy and we were notified 24 hours ahead of both pick up and drop off days, so there was no guessing. Pick up and drop off were both on time and at an easy-to-find location. I would use A to Z again!
