They were great, came out found out I needed a new motherboard. Samsung doesn't carry that motherboard anymore cause my TV is too old. A 2012 TV is too old, give me a break. Alex called me and said I could get one on eBay. Ordered it put it in and the 55" flat screen smart TV is working again. Yippee, thank you Alex for taking the time to find where I could get a new motherboard.
