This is not about Ed Staubs because I have a lot of respect for Ed and his two boys they are amazing people. This is about the new FastBreak store in Bonanza. It's been open for a few months now and we figured it was just working out the kinks which it has for the most part. This is about the young manager they have I think her name is Hanna. The way she speaks to customers is rude over and over again chance after chance we have gone in there and just checking out she makes you feel like a d*** inconvenience. We were consistent everyday customers for years and we have reached a point where we leave with a bad taste in our mouth everytime. Sadly so many other neighbors of ours have the same problem that they just stopped going at all. The way she speaks to employees who are trying to help her is sad, it's like she thinks she's the queen and she's above dealing with us common folk who make up the town. Please think about creating comment cards to put at the counter or something because we also watched someone come in for a small miscommunication problem that had happened the day before and asked for the manager and it was the same Hanna girl and she huffed and puffed to even come out and speak to this lady. she said she had things to do and asked the lady to "spell it out" the lady asked for a phone number to call and Hanna said no just tell me and in the end said we can't do refunds and another employee actually refunded this lady out of his own pocket outside after to make it right. Why is this ok. No wonder the people who have worked there for years all jumped ship and the couple who stayed look more and more sad and frustrated everyday.
