Aftee Death Valley break burn from the steep downhill grade from below zero we headed their direction, nothing too gnarly just one of those things we knew was "up next" for rent.Since we already knew that we needed to find a reliable mechanic, I called ahead (before the burning smell began). They quoted and said just show up and allowed us to stay with our rig the night before.We were beyond surprised that it was more than just a mechanical experience. The family ran atmosphere, the clear communication and the detailed work blew me away. They even walked me to the drum to show me what was fully going on in each, building trust. They even allowed our three kids with no bother as they did their best to watch a show and snack out during servicing.After traveling across country twice were driving 3+ hours out of our way to make another repair stop to keep our rig running smooth with a family ran establishment I trust. Highly recommend Loyal Brothers!! These days it’s hard to find an honest mechanic. My truck that I use to rodeo with broke down and was fixed the same day. Wendy was so helpful and nice. This is my new favorite shop and I will be going back for all maintenance.

Great Shop, I have been bringing my trucks to them for years. Always reliable honest work. There prices are fair for the great quality of work you receive. If you’re Cheap and want cheap work done, this Shop is not for you. If you like to keep your truck in tip top shape then this is the place for you!! RECOMMEND 10out of 10.If you’re still reading this there is one review that’s not like the others. That should speak volumes of that reviewers opinion. My guess is someone’s SALTY AND THEIR TRUCK ALWAYS HAS A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON CAUSE THEY ARE TOO CHEAP TO PAY!

I first brought my truck to them 6 years ago just looking to get a 90-day inspection done. I had been to multiple shops up here and they all just basically gave you a pass but didn't really do a thorough inspection on the truck. I didn't like that at all, if there is an issue with my truck the shop is where I'd like to find out, not on the side of the road. So, when I Came to Loyal Brothers for the first time their attention to detail is what really caught my eye. They did a very thorough job. They went through every part of my truck and showed me what issues they found. They explained to me what needed to be done to pass and what was ok this time around but might need to be checked in the future. Gave me a fair estimate and since that day they are the only ones that work on my equipment. Last year they did a full rebuild on my engine and I couldn't be happier. It was in and out in a week and a half. So, if you're looking for quality work this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

I found this shop on NTP website as a trusted service provider and I am elated that I decided to bring my truck to them. Wendy provided excellent customer service and kept me updated every step of the way. My truck was only in the shop for 3 days. They didn’t overcharge me or try to get over on me. Prior to coming to them I had went to another shop and the estimate for the same repairs was around $9000 which was way more than what I paid at Loyal Brothers. I will definitely continue to bring my truck to this shop for all of my future repairs.

Every time that I took the trucks in for a repair, I had to return to them because they never repaired them correctly. I don't recommend them at all. Very ,veryyyy bad job.

We were so grateful for Loyal Brothers fixing our diesel truck while we were on the road and needed immediate assistance. They were able to fix the problem and get us back on the road. The customer service was amazing as well.
