I'm a senior citizen living on a small income and when Kelly's propane calls me for a refill of my tank I always ask the price before I schedule a delivery. I was told $3.50 a gallon so I said ok I'll take 60 gallons so the guy comes and puts the 60 gallons but it's 60.1. And hands me the ticket saying $3.65 a gallon. So when I called the office she said it's like filling your car up? Not really when I drive up to the tank I see the price before filling my car up. So I can adjust the gallons I put in my car.So Colett said she would see what she could do? Nothing sent me the bill for the $3.65.I just think if they Quote me a price it should be that price! As I plan on it with my budget & all the other bills. When he comes to my house he knows how much gas I ordered and could have told me the change in price at that time, which he did not. Thank you for listening to my complaint.

I have been a client of this company Kelly for 2 years. I called them and they brought me gasoline. A few days later I called and paid the specified amount of money. then I applied again and again and all the time I paid the amount of money that they voted for me. last time I paid $888 and asked for some of the unused money to be returned to me,the dispatcher said that I still owed 523 dollars, I said on what basis I regularly pay you money and then she decided for the first time in two years to send me a letter with their calculations where they carefully increased the interest for me and also for delivery 50 dollars twice. Only through two years later I learned from them that the balloon does not belong to me and I also need to pay for it.. In general, the gas was golden; the cost of one gallon was 4.20 plus delivery of 50 dollars. and the last time they filled me with 155 gallons, I stood next to it and saw it with my own eyes, but they presented me with 157 and it turned out to be 3.80 per gallon at a market price of $2.40. good business really, next time let them keep their gas and I'll find a more decent company.

They absolutely charged me for a delivery i never got totally stole from me didint deliver and charged me no call back owners have worst’ customer service ever

We have been with Kelly gas since we moved up here many years ago and let me tell you they are the best company during snow we were at 5% and they showed up they didn't have to but they did they're the best!!!!

they are theives. they rase your rates until you call them the charge you for deliveries they never did. when you need them they tell you it's your problem. no customer service, no loyalty. no responsibility. worst company you can find in the desert.

be more understanding when a grave situation happens. I had got behind in my bill.. tried to pay what I could on a fixed income. well I lost my husband the day after Christmas and my world was turned upside down. I did forget to notify the gas company as I did with many things. so when they came to turn the gas connections off I spoke to the office and explained the situation and dealing with the va it could be a while before i get his pension. i myself do not work and rel

I switched propane companies today and Collette in the office was super nice and helpful and very accommodating! Rodney came out to install my new tank and was efficient and quick!!! Very knowledgeable and he gave me some great propane tips as I am new to the propane world!

I have been with Kelly gas for about 12 yrs. I have tried many other companies in the 30 yrs I have had to use propane and always had issues. They treat you like family and they go above and beyond what is asked of them. I get a monthly call to fill up and I only need to about 4 times a year. People try and go as cheap as they can because let's face it propane is expensive especially in the winter but being in business for 15 yrs personally I think you get what you pay for. I wouldn't have any other company.

I've had their service for 15 years. Very nice staff on the phone and the best delivery driver. I'm not sure what the schedule is or how often they do my route but when my tank gets low, they fill it. One time about 10 years ago, I ran out. Of course it was during a snow storm... they couldn't get their truck through the storm and set up a temporary tank for me. I'll always remember that. Thank you!
