They charge a lot and when I had an accident they didn't even bother to call

Staff in this office is unprofessional the lady want help u while I was waiting for her they were calling the office and saw she would leave them on hold so they could hang up by themselves or she would hang up on them

Worst customer service. My husband went in to change his policy since he got a new car and she said she wouldn't have time to do it... why leave the door open if your not taking anymore customers. The Lady was so Rude.
