Well we know nothing is a dollar anymore if it was a dollar then the packaging got smaller I remember making us a pound and now it's 12 ounces and they seem to be out of a lot of refrigerated and Frozen stuff. The aisles are kind of narrow

Great choices on inventory. This store packed full of great stuff. Some things are a bit pricy. The staff are always helpful abd kind, greeting with a hi and welcome.

Too many empty shelves, random items (not purchased by that customer) added to their list of purchases), dead mice left under BREAD shelves, PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN THE TAGS/LABELS SAY (food is secretly overpriced), 3 registers & only 1 cashier left to do all the work, inventory conducted during store's business hrs. (while customers are trying to shop/pay for their items in a timely manner) middle of isles (access to many items) obstructed by stacks of large boxes, innocent shoppers (regulars) falsely accused of shoplifting (the accusing cashier refuses to review surveillance feed despight claims of it containing the "proof" of the said accusations).

I was there couple months ago, it is good kind of little messy probably for the customers and they got a broken door glass but nice customer service taking care.

Although I live in the neighborhood of this FD, I rarely visit, usually because not enough cashiers and the line is always long. Never can you run in get a couple of things and out. Now for the last 5-6months no change. If your total is $5.40 and you only have $6.00 they'll keep your .60 change (Not Mines). Have the NERVES to tell the cashier's to say that the Banks are getting rid of coins so that's why they don't have any (Really) A Million dollar company. I truly believe poor management. Someone needs to check into this cause believe me Problems are coming, you just can't take ppls hard earned Money ???

The store is pretty well stocked most of the time the only problem is there's always pallets down the aisles and you can't get down the aisles to shop it's very annoying and it makes the store look very Junkie the staff is very kind the store just needs a few tweaks.

The manager Jenni or (Jenny) is very rude and does not have good customer service skills. I’m not sure how or why she is a manager at this store. I went there because I bought three iPhone chargers yesterday and the cashier told me that they came with a charging block for the wall but when my son and nephew opened theirs there was no charging block for the wall with the iPhone cords. Fast forward, I returned to the Family Dollar this morning in hopes of being made whole and getting 3 charging blocks for free because as I stated before the cashier on the previous day told me they came with one and they didn’t. The manager Jenny or (Jenni) came to the counter with an attitude and told me that she was off yesterday and did not know who it was that sold me the cords and told me that. She said she can’t give me three charging blocks for free and did not even attempt to rectify the situation she just had an attitude as if I was lying about it. She has no business in customer service if you have an attitude with your customers because your employee made a mistake. I’m wondering what kind of training has she gotten if any or if they just gave her this job because they had no one else to fill the position.On the other hand the cashier Ray was so pleasant and a breath of fresh air. Now he knows and understands great customer service. He was very polite and helpful and made sure he assisted us in anyway he could today. He needs a raise and be made employee of the month (Thank you so much Ray!!!!) and Jenni or (Jenny) needs extensive customer service training and needs to understand how to treat customers instead of throwing her weight around but is not a problem solver to any degree. I think problem solving is apart of her managerial responsibilities. But anyway. Family Dollar corporation please require the manager to take some more training as she to understand the true meaning of customer service, how it works and how she is supposed to treat and speak to customers.

Store is a little disorganized usually has carts full of product not on the shelves yet and never enough employees to check people out. Friendly employees though very helpful.
