CVS extra bucks is amazing. Literally my second time using it and i got three pks of toilet paper for $5.57 .. the original price was $4 something for one . So i ended up buying two pks for a total of $5.15. Had a $4 extra buck . Got my receipt printed had another $4 off next purchase. Paid .42 for the third pack . 3 12pk of toilet paper for $5.57

I do not trust this CVS. They track you and know what car you drive when you visit the store. One time when I made a purchase the female staff asked me if the car I drove was my car. She said she was curious. ?♂️

Pharmacy hours stated on Apple Maps/Yelp say they're open (the pharmacy itself) until 9pm. Yet you try to reach a pharmacist to check on the availability of an RX, and the system hangs up on you and says the pharmacy is closed.

the guy working was to in a hurry to get to lunch he told me he couldnt help me with my son’s prescription because i didnt have the “white card” when i had his insurance and social security and they can look it up that way. lazy- unprofessional and sad because sick kids people and patients rely on the pharmacy for our medications.

They gave my daughter pills then told me they were for treating dental pain but later looked it up and found out they were for other infections. Don't recommend.

This place is the cause of so many headaches for me. I call and they don't answer. They have a prescription sent in and they don't fill it until I call, which means I have to wait on hold forever. I go to the drive thru, they wait forever to see you. I know they're busy but I have seen them serve 10 people inside before getting to one person in the drive thru.They don't follow through on refills that are supposed to be automatic. I've ended up running out of my heart medication trying to get hold of them because they said they'd refill it automatically and then didn't. Then I couldn't get through to them. Then they said they'd get right on it. I called back to see if it was ready. Oh we'll get right on that. You mean the medication that was supposed to be ready a week ago? That I have now been out of for 3 days? That you just said would be ready 2 hours ago? Now you're going to start on it again?

Great experience at CVS. Went inside to pickup some medicine and of course some goodies. Customer service was very helpful. Best CVS in Victorville. Hands down ✌?

I do not blame the pharmacy department for this complaint, but they desperately need more staff. It often takes half an hour or more to go through the drive-thru or the in-store line.As well, when I was calling in with a slightly complex issue, I was hung up on twice. I will admit that I may have been short on the second call because the phone menu is terrible and had already been hung up on once, but this is ridiculous.
