Walk up inside grocery store, make sure you pay attention to store hours, accessible wide-open area, 2 ATMS

Just used the walk up ATM on the way to Vegas. Same ole banking with slow moving atms. This one did not offer any other bills than 20's if that helps!

Went to close my account and the banker who assisted me, didn't catch his name but he was the only male at 530pm was extremely rude and uninviting. Not sure if it was because I was closing my account or because he has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. All I know is that I felt very uncomfortable sitting in the chair in the little back office they have with nothing but awkward silence in the air. He didn't even try to ask why I was closing the account, if there was something he could do to keep it open on my end, he just didn't care. Very unprofessional for a chase banker, glad I closed this account, never planning on opening one there again.

Though it's often as busy as a sardine can here, I love the fact that I can do my banking on this town. It's not always easy to hop over to Hesperia Road to visit the only other location in my true neck of the woods. Sharing a location with Stater Bros. isn't bad either, since they are one of my typical shopping stops during the week. I don't bank everyday, but when I do this location tends to be where I go. Staff is courteous but perhaps overworked.

CHASE BANK FEE HAPPY! Can't believe it. I wanted to cash a personal check written to me for $60 on a Chase account. They wanted to charge me an $8 fee because I don't bank with them, incredible! I ended up depositing the check in my bank.

I would give a negative five stars if I could. The bankers are ridiculously slow. After waiting for an hour (half an hour while standing), this guy looks disinterested in his job and didn't apologize for the wait or show any sort of proper customer service attitudes. He didn't inform me of the fees up front firsts. I asked while he was processing things and then he told me. What a joke. I'm going to drive further to the branch on Hesperia from now on. This place is ridiculous

I'm a little torn with this review. I love the staff here but I really hate this bank! I only stood with this bank because it helps staying with a bank for a while on your credit (from what I understand). I been with them from when it was WAMU and bought out by Chase. Like I said the staff is super friendly and accommodating but this bank doesn't like to help the small guy. I have credit cards with ten times of the amount then what they offered me here. Not to mention my home loan. My home loan rates were way cheaper elsewhere then my own bank! I'll probably head to a Credit Union soon!

It's clean and almost never busy. The line is hardly ever beyond 3 to 5 people. I came inside once in a while to either change a pin number, order checks, wire money or make a deposit and ask for no hold to be put on a check. Service was simple and easy. I'm greeted right away as I enter the branch and asked what I need help with. Then I'm directed to the appropriate place or person that could assist me. Not my usual branch, but stopped by and think they keep up the Chase-service mentality. No complaints.
