“I do not bank with Chase. But when I frequent Starter Bros. Mkt. If not busy the tellers are friendly they seem very knowledgeable about checking accounts, what needs to be done if wanting to changing bank to there bank etc. I never heard a customer complaining about service even when they are super busy.”
“They had a few times In February 2024 where the ATM's were out of service. Otherwise I love this bank. They even have inside ATM's that you have to scan your card to get in.”

What a surprise: it opened promptly at 10:00, and the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly to everyone and very efficient.
