You guys didn’t fill both tanks he only filled one so my 80-year-old Mother-in-law didn’t get their propane filled and at 30% I asked you when I called the fill both tanks

Trust me. You do not want my feedback, especially for promotional purposes. It would chase away potentially new clients! It must be said though, the problem is not with the delivery crew. The problem rests solely on your cust service people, (whenever i can ever get through via phone), your policies, your billing, and your practically useless website. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture.

I initially filled out a request on the AmeriGas webpage, but could not finalize it because we have a motorized gate blocking access to our property. I explained this to an agent over the telephone, who arranged for the delivery man to call my tenant, who lives at the property, to alert the tenant to his expected arrival and so then open the gate. Everything worked out just fine, my tenant and I am quite happy with the delivery experience.

I was told I would get a credit that would be on my account because of all the trouble I had getting my propane filled. When I called the invoice was not up so I had to pay the full bill. I called back to get the credit had to be transferred to supervisor that said she processed the check for the credit but I have not received anything and it’s been two months. When I called back on 7/20/23 I was told I had to submit a request for a rebate debit card. That is not what I was told originally so the story keeps changing and if I am getting a rebate that other customers get that would mean you guys didn’t give me any special credit for having to be without gas for a week when my delivery kept getting canceled thru no fault of my own. I processed the rebate however it is still pending and it has been over a week. This whole thing has been going on since June. It is terrible customer service every time I call I have go over all the details again like there is no notes regarding my troubles.

AmeriGas accounting system needs attention. I received an automated message that I owed $1347.00 for services. I’m a “Pay In Advance “ customer. I only receive delivery AFTER I make my payment. When I called customer service (Twice) , the first representative seemed not to believe me. The second representative said that the records that he was viewing showed that I had not been a customer since Mach 2020.

I called to schedule propane and confirmed a price of $2.47 a gallon. A customer service rep assured me that would be the price of the fill. After the delivery I called one of your " Customer Service Advocates" to cofirm the price and they said it was $2.64 a gallons.Furthermore when I sign into my account it's as if I'm a brand new customer. They're asking me to do things like schedule a safety check make a date for your 1st fill.......I have called 5 times regarding this issue and either they hang up on me or they say there's nothing they can do. Unacceptable! You have outsourced your customer service to a totally different country most of them you can't understand all of them are incompetent.I have become sick and tired of being lied to!!Your customer service Is incompetent and awfull to deal with. Make sure you use my response for advertising personal and promotional purposes including publishing or sharing the response with others.Larry

Our tank wasn't filled on the monthly schedule like it usually was during the winter months. This caused our tank to get very low, resulting in us not being able to heat our house. We called customer service many times because there was a "pending delivery " on our account but it took 21 days for our tank to get filled. Every time we called customer service they told us they would be out that day and they never showed up.

I have had a credit on my account for months and can’t seem to get my money. I have called and called. Even ordered propane and could not get the credit deducted. Terrrrrible customer service is the rule and has been for years….

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT set up service with this company. We asked for a quote and agreed to set up service based on the quote. No where in the setup email or quote was it disclosed they were going to charge 750$ to drop a tank off. I was billed an extremely high amount for propane, delivery, tech inspection and rental. Local companies have delivery at most 150 and rental average 70 a year. 150 a year tank rental from Amerigas and 750 to drop rental tank off. We thought there was a mistake and they were charging us for the price of a tank at that price. Nowhere in setup email and quote was it stated nor did we agree for almost 1000$ of just start up costs not including cost of propane. When given the opportunity to make it right and drop the delivery fee to a reasonable rate as comparable to local companies they said they will not do anything to keep our business. So we told them to pick up their tank. That was 2 months ago and the tank is still sitting in the dirt. And when you call the csr's are all out-sourced from out of the country. Save yourself the some time and headache and just pass this horrible company. There are many local choices that are reasonable and willing to work with you for continuing business

Your tank is still on my property. You need to pick it up. Worst customer service I have ever had.your install people come out ant then lie about coming back never show up. I will be leaving the worst reviews on social media I can find.

USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THIS ONE. AMERIGAS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN PROPANE. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALWAYS HIDDEN FEES !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 1000%!

stay away amerigas. worst company in propane! always hidden fees and horrible customer service! disconnected 3 times every call ..and all calls go to the philippines! still waiting for refund fomr a mischarge hidden fee for over 3 weeks ! do not use amerigas at all!
