BEWARE. I've has the worst experience with ameri gas. First they ran my credit to be able to accept a payment witch they never don't before. Once scheduling them to come out which took a week for them to do so they came out and filled up the tank. The driver claimed to hanked the horn and called us by phone which he didn't. I was in my car outside watching him all he did was fill it up and then lock it out making it un usable in the home for all appliances and left. Didn't hank, knock on door, or call. It's been a on going battle dealing with the unprofessional supervisors and managers putting me on hold, delaying any type of service coming, giving me every excuse in the book and them claiming I was not the home owner under for No REASON. 2 weeks later of me constantly calling I still have no hot water and haven't been able to cook. I have 5 kids with 2 family here and having to start bon fires to cook and warm up pots of water to be able to shower the kids as well. worst experience and customer service ever. wish I never went with them and went with phelan gas. Won't make that mistake again. As of right now I still have no hot water or propane to cook.

You lied to me about charges for starting service. You lied repeatedly and charged exorbitant prices.

My bank account was debited twice for my last payment (April 10th and April 11th). I have a $955. credit sitting on my account. I have tried three times to request the credit balance be returned to me as I don't want it to sit on my account for 6 months until my next bill. I have a house budget and you keeping my $955 is a significant blow to my budget. I was told the credit will be refunded, but that it will take 3 - 4 weeks from the date of my request. In addition, they will be mailing a check rather than just issuing a credit back to the bank account from which it was debited. I am a long time customer (20 years - I was with Proflame until Amerigas took over). I am completely frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service I have been provided and there is not one thing I can do about it. So thank you for asking.

My experience is completely bad / horrible .
They came to put gas on in March, they charged me for the service + a fee of $150 for the technician to check the house and make sure everything worked. The technician/driver did NOT want to enter the house for that inspection …. Even I texted him and to this day I have NOT been able to turn on the boiler in my house…. I still don't have hot water.
And this is unacceptable!!
I live in an area where it is very cold!! They charged but they DO NOT deliver a service!
And also we have to miss days at work because they don’t work by appointments.
In my opinion they take advantage because we do not have many options .

Their service was terrible. Fees were dumb. I've been trying for 3 years to get them to pick up their tank it is still sitting in my yard

No one speaks Engish and it causes slot of confusion. What you’re being charged for is not told to you you just get a bill. And there is no good understanding on the services and the cost before they send the bill. And it’s just one more company who uses sorry’s loosely. Find another company to support the American economy. Not a foreign one.
