Nothing has been done to update security for rural delivery. Not one call back after gang mailboxes were broken into. Time to update security in our rural area. Solar lights and cameras would be great.

I just usually pick up items too large for the mailbox. The staff is friendly and I get in and out promptly.

Jorge is an outstanding and helpful person. He called me right away when I lost my wallet, and someone turned it in to him. He's always top-notch in his customer relation skills. He's knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

They’re super nice and helpful. We were out of the country and they held our mail for a long time even they didn’t have to.

I have had nothing but great service at the Acton, CA post office. The staff has often gone out of their way to help me with some difficult mailings. They do their best for a small town with limited resources.

Like everybody else is saying my mail is not being sent to my house it's going in other people's mailboxes . I have informed delivery service that they're supposed to scan in the system and they never do. The federal government should shut this place down

I used to take the post office for granted but I’ve realized how hard they work with little raises or positive reinforcement. Every interaction hasn’t been perfect but they’re humans. We as a community need better mailboxes and security, that’s for sure but that’s not the fault of the employees. We need to tell our community representatives to do better and fund those things. I’ve gotten so many packages over the last two years due to the world turning upside down and things shutting down. And every Monday- Saturday the mail still comes, in the middle of all this I’ve gotten cards from across the country when I felt the most alone. So I’d like to thank everyone at the Acton Post Office, from one human to another, you all are doing your best and we wouldn’t be the same without you, imagine a world with no “thinking of you, happy birthday, congratulations, condolences, I love you, you’ve been accepted, applications, etc”. Thank you all for your hard work! You are deeply appreciated.

Packages never arrive in a timely manner. Packages are placed in other mailboxes with out anyone's knowledge as to who received it (this is nearly 1/3rd of all packages I receive through this office. I place orders for them to hold the package at the post office which they never listen to. Driver will only deliver to mail boxes so if the packages end up on the truck there is no way to grab them. I have filed multiple complaints with this post office and the post master general and still nothing is done, I don't even hear a word back. Honestly horrible awful service and if you need to send mail use the fedex/ups drop off point at the print shop by the 76 gas station.

Great service if you're there in person but god forbid if they ever answered their phone !! Why do post offices have a phone number if they don't answer it? Every one is the same. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE WHEN IT RINGS!!!!!!

I understand that problems can come up and it is frustrating but when I went into the Acton California Post Office to drop off a package, the package drawer was jammed...it would not receive another package. It was almost an hour before "lobby time" yet, there was an employee sorting mail within sight! I knocked on the door to ask her to remove the obstruction...but..when I knocked...she did look at me, and when I asked her to remove the obstruction...she looked right through me, turned her head and continued to sort mail...as if I was never there. I served 30 years in the military and from basic to retired Captain, I never thought I was too important to give 45 seconds of my attention...It would have been rude to tell me they were closed, it was rude and disrespectful to ignore me entirely.

I've lived in Acton for 34 years and I have to say that this post office has gone way down hill. The lady at the counter is the unfriendliest person I have ever met. I have yet to see her smile, say thank you or be pleasant in any way. But, alas, it's a government job so I don't imagine she'll ever be let go and she'll get to retire with a nice pension for being rude to the very people that pay her salary.
