“Great staff especially the lady that helped us with my Amazon return. She also went above and beyond to one customer who needed assistance with a missing personal belongings. My recommendation is they need to hire additional personnel because the line could get very long.”
“Ok so I had somewhat of an awkward experience at this location that had to do with some mailing stamps. They do have a minimum for debit cards/ credit. This wasn’t explained to me I had to ask and I didn’t see a sign. And the front desk older lady wasn’t that nice to me. HOWEVER I went to different location and lady was so helpful and nice. Because of her I changed my mind about doing business with mail America. God bless her. She was so nice and helpful. I don’t have hard feelings I want to leave bad stuff in the past.
