Fantastic services. This was my second home purchase for myself and the fifth that I've been apart of. Laurie Jenkins was amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. Very accommodating with time schedules and always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions, regardless of the day. We had a hard to finance situation and several other lending institutions were unable to help us. Laurie understood our situation, especially the aspects of living in a rural area and it's affects on lending. She was able to not only find us a lender but also found us an excellent rate! She listened to our needs and was able to promptly find a solution. Her staff was helpful along the way, letting us do the majority of the paperwork electronically. I highly recommend her!

****This is an update to my previous review.**** Although we did have an issue with this particular branch, as soon as the corporate offices became aware of it, they immediately contacted us and took steps to correct the issue. I was very impressed that they took the time to locate us to try to rectify the issue. They were very interested in our side of the story and finding out what had gone wrong so that they could implement change that would prevent this type of thing from happening again in the future. Because our loan had closed when this matter came to their attention, there was little that they could do. However, they did reimburse us the cost of our appraisal and they offered to assist me through another refinance at the corporate level with better terms. I will update my review again with a 5 star rating after that process has been completed.
