WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I am a part time resident of Acton, I guess you have to be full time resident to get good service and real repairs or he just took advantage of a trusting woman. I should have known after he did unauthorized/uncommunicated repairs on my first truck, BUT I TRUSTED THEM - HE CAN SMOOTH TALK ANYTHING!! I had high recommendations thats why I went to them, but they did a horrible job with repairs and left me in ***** way, took forever, and customer service was HORRIBLE!! He let me drive on 2 yr old gas! Warning DON'T USE VIKTORS AUTO THEY ARE THEIVES AND HORRIBLE!!: I had the most horrible horrible experience of my entire life!! Their work left me stranded on the road, my truck died 7 times after he repaired it!! He lied also about repairs he did but didn't !! I had to return it because the radiator drained when I finally made it to the gas station. And the 7th time it died was turning into their parking spot and I just coasted to a stop. They both claimed the hose rotted but it didn't, they used a hose too big and inserted a rubber sleeve to graduate it down in size for the radiator so it blew off under pressure. When they said it was ready again, I contacted them to let them know I was on my way, driving from out of state and HE KNEW IT!! and they said parts were sent out for repair a week prior, which was after they told me it was ready a 2nd time!! They charged me storage fees and NEVER told me it was ready the first time I had to contact them, and it was NOT finished until after I arrived to pick it up! There is so much more to tell but impossible to type all here. DIDNT EVEN PRICE OUT PART PRICE OR LABOR, JUST ****** SUM, AND WHEN ASKED TO ITEMIZE HE SAID \

I always bring my car here after having the dealership review for 'problems' when I go for an oil change. Auto Techniks confirms what is actually wrong and provide great service with a better rate! Please note that you need to purchase your parts and they'll provide guidance, but you save so much and don't feel ripped off by the dealership.

I just got my car back from auto techniks. They replaced the starter on my Honda CR-V. It was fast, with a reasonable price. I definitely recommend using this shop. These guys are really nice and they even gave me a ride home this morning after I dropped my car off for service. That was more than generous!!!

These guys are TOO HONEST.Brought my high miles truck in for brakes and they called me and said "You have 75% of the brakes left - don't bother". They absolutely will not fix stuff that doesn't need to be fixed. Old school quality.

My car broke down. Nobody was working at the shop. There was one guy there. The guy was on the phone the whole time, didn't help me at all. I just ended up leaving and having the works done closer to my house. It's bad business to keep people in your office waiting while you just talk on the phone.

I only take my vehicles to AutoTeckniks. They have worked on my vehicles since 2015. Honest, fair and prompt. I have never had to take my cat back after a repair. The guys there are really cool. Try them.out!

Brought my car in for a diagnostic late in the afternoon right before closing and they were super nice and chill... even though you could see they were slammed, they called me the next morning and let me know they checked it out and to come in. I actually spaced and got busy... Left it there for a couple days longer than any professional would have tolerated 😱But they didn't have me towed or give me any grief ... He spent a couple hours figuring out what was wrong with it but only charged me an hour labor. Stand up guys. I'd go there again...even though I'm probably not missed.

I can't even begin to say how much I love these guys!! I've never been there until today! They treated me like family and had my car fixed and me back on the road in no time!! (A mouse ate wires and my car was missing) They gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up! I would definitely recommend them and the prices were awesome!! Thanks again guys!!
