“Have you ever heard of a cat enjoying going to the vet? I had to bring my elderly cat in for a problem we noticed and they -quickly- diagnosed him with Diabetes. We've been 2 times now in regards to his new diagnosis and will be going a 3rd in a couple weeks, but let me tell you ? this cat happily gets in his crate to go see the vet ? he goes in happy and leaves even happier after all the love and attention he gets. All the staff there were always caring and compassionate towards the needs of our bird and our dog until her last day with us.Everyone there is very professional and courteous, but what really sets them apart is their attention to detail and dedication to the vet-pet owner relationship , even when they get very busy. For instance, Dr. Turner would call us himself when he could, to check on our bird and to explain our dog's diagnosis personally. Other places we've been to, we've only talked to the doctors during visits. Not only that, Dr. Turner is one of the few veterinarians around here with knowledge and prowess to treat birds.Jessica, up front, has always been amicable with us whenever we'd come in for an appointment as well and helpful with any questions we had.Overall, I recommend that you choose Arbor Pet clinic for your pet if you want a place that gives the care that your pet deserves while within very reasonable prices.”

“I found this hospital 3 years ago during Covid when my senior dog was dying. We weren't allowed inside it the staff came out and updated us constantly. She ended up being put down but the staff took care of her and me above and beyond. My dog was cremated and they did something extra special. They imprinted her inked nose and paw print on paper and framed it. I have a new puppy and the staff has been great so far.”

“Our first time here and the doctor took the time and explained test results that the doctor who ordered them did not explain at all. Gave us a better idea of our cat's health issues. Even gave us hope that his health problems can improve, unlike two other vets that deemed Domino a lost cause. The only thing I would change is the Itty bitty waiting room. This is a very popular veterinary clinic and could easily triple the size of the waiting room and still have people standing.”
