We were driving through Williams Lake and needed someone to look at our deflating tire. We called multiple big chain tire stores and no one was able to help. I called Trail tire and even though they were completely booked they said they would find a way to help us. We could not be more thankful!

Would 100% recommend Trail Tire in Williams Lake! I had a flat tire situation and called them, they squeezed me in on such short notice and were so kind and patient. All the staff are so lovely and kind, will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for all it's needs!

I had my ABS lights come on after a trail run, Peter and his colleague were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule on stand by. They figured it out quick and I learned a couple things. Professional shop, that was referred by another shop in town that didn’t have a lift available as I was just passing town. Thanks again and with your business the best!

Awesome service.Needed winter tires replaced as the old tires were horrible, called on way down from Prince George, was told they would have tires the next day. I arrived at my appointed time, they took the car right in, job was done far quicker than I thought it would be.Front lobby of shop is clean, and comfortable while you wait.If I ever need service while coming through Williams Lake this will be my first choice.

After having my tire fly off on the highway shearing off all my lug nuts and sparks flying as my rotor dug into the asphalt at 90km/h, I checked reviews online and found trail tire to be the place I figured I'd take my truck to. Being mechanicly inclined, I don't take my vehicle in much as I do most repairs myself, but being 900kms from home I had no choice. The mechanic I felt with was an awesome down to earth guy that understood that I just wanted the basics. Have the tire back on and it can roll and stop. Hack off what you have too etc. I can take care of everything else back home.Buddy had it done in about an hour! Total cost $290! I was so pleased. Great job! Highly recommended. My dad who lives in town will be seeing you guys from now on.Note: This was 100% my fault. I had put these tires on before we left for the trip. Because it was blowing snow and -26c, I got lazy andI DID NOT RE-TORQUE.As you can clearly see, it wasn't worth it at all. To f'n bad if your cold, wet, whatever. ALWAYS re-torque.
