This is my mom's first time shopping here, and she is very happy. Kim was incredibly kind and helpful. I usually help my mom with her shopping, but last Sunday, my mom felt she didn’t need me anymore because Kim guided her to find the right outfit and made her feel comfortable shopping on her own. I was so happy when my mom told me this, as I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to help her with her clothes shopping because I had to be elsewhere. Thank you so much, Kim, for your help! Now my mom feels confident shopping at your store on her own.

Shopped many times at semiahmoo location had good experience but today went to return 2 jackets I bought last week .cashier Melanie was soo rude her behavior was soo bad not except able .

Staff never smile, no one is helpful and anyways, constant turnstile of employees...no wonder, ...WHY would ANYONE want to work here. The place is blah bleh dreary and rude for any customer servicing and shopping. Disappointing to say the least.
