We clicked the photo here in 31 July 2023 and today i got the rejection letter for my PR card application and guess the reason "Photo has bad quality and ink all over the photo". When called to complaint, solution was come over, bring the rejection letter and we can print it for you again. I went to another studio cheaper than here and i am already able to see the difference in physical picture quality.I don't recommend this place to take photos for passport/immigration purposes due to the print quality of physical copy.Also, another advice- if you still take photo here and get the soft copy on email- don't forget to pick up your physical copies on same day or in a week. If you delay more than this, you may be refused with reason that you never requested for it.

I come here all the time for printing and scanning needs! My family and I also had all of our passport photos done here! Always greeted by super helpful staff who make things easy, especially Twinkle!

I was not able to pick up my parcel right away from the Skymart in White Rock, BC. I contacted the store to ask if they could hold my parcel for an extra few days until I was back in town. Twinkle was very helpful, and assured me that she would keep it for me until I could be there. I am very grateful to her.

Firstly, a great thank you to all the Skymart Team who dedicatedly work on all of their customers freight, make it on time, successful and damage less from Door to Door.This is the 3rd time I am using them and they are awesome. Every shipment of mine received by my family in India within a week.Staff is super intelligent, help you in sorting your shipment. Keep it up Team! I wish I could give you more than 5 Stars.

Passport photos were cheap ($10) but terrible. Rejected by Passport office. Wasted 2 hours and fuel driving to Passport office only to have photos rejected and now have to do it again tomorrow. No refund from Skymart. They explained it's just glare from the lights, only redo. Redos are same terrible looking photos. Glare (which passport office explained they consider "marks" and are unacceptable) on forehead, cheeks and ink smearing on face and background from staff's finger. Sat in office forever while they redid and tried to get a good set. Took photo 3x and reprinted 3x. Ink on photo, glare on photo. So frustrated, left with two more sets of awful looking over/under exposed photos that we will find out tomorrow if Passport office rejects again. They stood behind their work. No apologies. My son was smart and went to London Drugs, paid $16 and right the first time.
