“You can't reach them by telephone. Only SMS which often isn't received as they use a VOIP service. They used to have two locations now only one. Blaine is effectively a ghost town and needs some major shopping outlets in the mall.”

“This is where you go if you have to pay duty on your parcel. I'm sure you can send packages through there as well. Just go to the back behind the front of the building take the side truck route down to where all the trailers are you will see fed ex sign.”
