“This is a top notch pet boutique.. the kind you would find in a larger city but we are lucky to have it very near to our home. We have been here a few times and the thing that is most resonant is the knowledge of the owner and today, the owner was not there but the woman who was, was equally as knowledgeable!!! Most of the times we have visited have been we were looking for something in particular.. last night we had some big storms /high winds and one of our dogs kept us up all night. We wanted to purchase something to have in the house for the next time something like this happens. She actually recommended something that was out of stock. She explained why she preferred that product and then showed us another one which we purchased. It would be very easy to spend a lot of money in this little store! There have all the best toys, accessories, food and treats.. you name it for dogs (cats too) and they have it. Think quality products and it's here.. well behaved dogs welcome!”

I came in a little over a month ago looking for kidney support food for my 11 year old whippet, who had just come from the vet with a diagnosis for kidney and UTI issues. The vet was pushing this expensive powder and royal canine garbage food and I wanted to find something better for her. Brooklyn showed me dry kibble that they had available but informed me that a raw diet with cordyceps drops for kidney/bladder support would be more beneficial and would most likely clear up her issues. She gave me samples of meat and goats milk for our picky eaters to try and some other recommendations. Our dogs are loving the food and have had no further issues! Brooklynn recognizes us every time we come in and it really makes you feel appreciated as a customer. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! Thank you Brooklynn for all of your help <3”

“I have been a customer of Petfude since we found the store when moved to Brookswood 8 years ago. The owner and her team are outstanding, knowledgeable and so friendly and always make me laugh/put me in a better mood than when I arrived. They carry a wide variety of products and support local businesses, teams and craftspeople (I bought the most beautiful custom made wooden dog dish "cabinet" made by a local woodworker whose products the owner brought into her store). Nothing but positive for this store. Won't go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.”

“Rogers Aquatic was not near my home but I kept hearing OTHER pet stores refer me to them when they didn't have even the basics for reptile care.
It was worth the drive. I was immediately attended to, and the staff didn't leave my side until I had everything I needed and had went through the checkout. They even offered to take everything to my car.
As a new hobbyist in reptile and fish pet care, the Internet had led me astray, with inconsistent misinformation, sellers overcharging, scammers under delivering, and being left frustrated and not able to get the care that my living breathing animal needed from me.
I was so relieved to finally see all the items in front of me that pertained to my large desert dwelling lizards needs, when I couldn't even get a terrarium for his size anywhere else. I was finally getting the assistance I needed from a well coordinated effort from the team at Rogers who each brought an elevated level of experience to my situational needs.
I definitely plan on returning soon to share pictures of the set up I was able to make with their help, and bring my business to them in the future, despite the drive. Now I understand why their competitors even recommend them.”

“This place is like a zoo of fish! Has the most variety in the lower mainland maybe even Canada. The monster fish are highly impressive, and the owner hung out with me and we just talked about fish! This place will rescue fish and rehome them by vetting. Prices are excellent on everything. The staff are great. The refund policy is good. Has snails in almost every tank so be aware.”
“I called them asking about products they carry. The lady on the phone was really helpful. She located the items I was looking for, set them aside for me and made sure to let her coworkers know that they would be picked up soon. When my friend went there to pick up for me, they were helped by a male staff member and the whole experience was quick and pleasant. I will most certainly to go back and buy more from them!”

Because at the time they just started working with this rescue group and the process for visiting the rescue cats were not completely set up yet via the rescue. The staff at tisol still allowed me to visit the cats and gave me a lot of time to spend time with the cats that are available for adoption.”

“Got the best service this morning (November 9th, 2024) from the most helpful, courteous, friendly, sales associate at this location. Wish I would have gotten her name. She had longer hair and was definitely loving her job. She helped me with aquarium plants and set up a new account for myself because I couldn't remember my old phone number. Hadn't been at this location since moving to Langley but will frequent more often. Plus the birds and small mammals are kept in the best enclosures with the best enrichment environments I have seen. Way to go Petland. Definitely an A+ store to frequent to spoil my small zoo at home.”

“Friendly prompt and excellent customer service every time I go into buy dog food for my pup. I'm a new customer as had always gone to a shop nearby my home. However, the shop was bought out and the new owners are less than friendly. Their loss but Bosley's gain! I'm an amputee and so the sales attendant offers to carry the heavy bag without my even asking. That's excellent customer service so 6 stars is my recommendation!”
