“I love winners and HomeSense. My only complaint about this location is I get hot in there for some reason even though they do have fans on now I don’t know. I guess they’ll get hot in there. I’ve heard other say the same but that’s the only complaint really sometimes they’ll do staff openings right and opening. That’s a little interesting because they’re doing it while you’re shopping there. So I thought those should be held at different times but when are they supposed to do that? because then the employees need to get paid properly too, so I understand.
other than that, it’s been hit or miss as always with this store or any of the winner stores with selection and pricing you don’t know what you’ll get. It’s always an adventure. I recommend this place. Come check it out. You never know what you might find.”
“I had my winter tires installed in Alberta before I came to BC for a trip. A day before I had to leave I noticed that they installed the tires incorrectly. Canadian Tire was able to fit me into a cancellation and fixed my tires at no cost. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff member.”

“I bought a suitcase as a gift on Sunday as it was on sale; but upon opening the gift, the recipient wanted a larger suitcase. Tried to upgrade to the larger item on Wednesday, but was told sale was no longer on, but would return on Thursday. Went back today (Thursday), and still no sale. However, the manager, Sandha (apologies for spelling), honoured the same 65% discount I’d paid on the first piece and made the return and swap for me. Amazing service, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!”

“I had ordered various sized enlargements for a special event through the photo centre. When I checked my photos, I realized that I had forgotten to print one enlargement and time was running out. I contacted the photo centre, really not expecting much but had the wonderful luck to be served by Raj. She promised to watch out for my online order and to print it as soon as she received it. She also said she would call as soon as it was ready. Again, I really did not expect much, but Raj followed through on everything she said she would do. She is a total credit to her department. Wonderful customer service!”
“I just called the pharmacy to ask if I had a refill of a medication; I got more information than I bargained for AND the phone call literally lasted one minute. I find this pharmacy to be very efficient and friendly! The pharmacists behind the desk are ON POINT. Yes, this place can get busy at times but I always find myself coming back here. They know their stuff and they are there for your best interests. Personally working in the medical field, I can’t ask for more.”
“5 stars for DIKSHA in the South Surrey Walmart at customer service. She went and found the product we had tried to find on 2 different visits and with 2 other employees. This visit I was recovering from an injured ankle and VERY MUCH appreciated that DIKSHA didn't make me walk thru a third time.”

“I went to Walmart on Nordel with my wife and small baby. I wanted to purchase shoes for my baby. As the baby is only 15 months, I was not sure about the size and I was looking for the shoe aisle. I asked for help from one of the customer representative, Ms.Balwinder to help us in getting the right shoes. She helped us in finding the right shoes for our baby. I was very pleased with the way she helped us. She listened to us patiently, directed us to the right aisle and showed us the best pair of shoes. My baby felt very comfortable wearing those shoes. We were so satisfied. Balwinder was very polite, kind and helpful. She helped us with a smile on her face.
We absolutely like this Walmart and would love to come here again and again.
