It means a lot to me.First of all, for anyone who said there was no refund from this shop ever, they are wrong.I was searching for a particular product, found it on their website, and placed an order. However, when I opened the package, they turned out to be another version of the product I was looking for.I opened a refund request and provided them of the picture of the item received, and my return got approved in less than 10 minutes (not a mistake, it was that quick), meanwhile I got an email from the owner no less, and the return label was already available. The refund was granted due to information on the page not matching that of the product received (there was even such an option on the refund page).Then I went off discussing about the product and there were a lot of email exchanges and reply was quick, they listened to me and definitely were very helpful, while I was trying to look for exchange.Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any replacement product I liked so sadly had to return the item.They have updated the product's page with the correct information since then.These are real people working for this company and if you have any concern, just speak to them via chat or email.”
