I think the reason we go to this pet store is the selection. The thing that annoys me though is despite the fact you give them your phone number, you don't get any benefit from it with loyalty points, discounts, or even bulk discounts. So the whole phone number spiel each time seems silly because you're giving a company your info and getting nothing in return.

Wouldn’t open the door T 5:57pm on Labour Day because they close at 6. My shopping is one bag of cat food. Would’ve took 2 minutes.

Love the self serve baths for dogs. Reasonable and they supply shampoo, conditioner, apron and towels. Super bonus they clean up my mess.

We arrived at 4:55 to wash our dogs in the dog wash and the smug person working there said it was closed because it takes 45 min to close but they don’t close at 6. Terrible service and poor staff.

The service, care, knowledge, and attitude of the staff at this establishment is top shelf. I have a 15 year old weenie who’s health had taken a slight turn for the worse the few months and his dietary needs are now extensive. The one time I went in I asked for advice from a young lady and she bravely apologized saying she’s not knowledgeable enough to lead me in the right direction. Much respect for not fibbing. Today I went in and spoke with Lainey and Jess and these two ladies obviously love their job and care about their furry patrons and their humans. I took their advice on dietary supplements, and food and my boy was in his glory gobbling up his dinner! Thank you ladies!! Till next time!!

There was no way i was taking a mucky puppy home. I went to Bosley's, they have 2 lovely clean baths, towels and nice shampoo and conditioner. I look forward to going again.

Great service, extremely useful self-serve dog washing stations in store for a reasonable fee ($15) to use when returning from a dog park run with muddy goldie and not wanting to wash in tub at home and deal with the ensuing bathroom cleanup that would be involved. Happy the location I use is nearby where I live and conveniently offers needed services.

I have gone to this location 8 or more times since last June I know because it’s recorded the reason I keep going back in spite of a very rude staff with a couple exceptions is because I wash my dog here it’s the nearest place for me to do so , the staff just act like they don’t care about the customer or his or her experience, they are cold uninterested generally I feel unwelcome and I have a very beautiful dog with me .The exception has been twice when. Was serviced by a 25-29 year old male he was nice and seemed to like his job and welcomed us and. Offered sincere customer service..I have found out a tisol store is about the same distance charge less I will give them a try next time round .I avoid buying anything from Bosley haha they are so rude I can’t imagine having issues with a product, it’s a crazy odd cross between sad and mad .Stay blessedCharles
