“For over a decade I've been taking my precious car to Amin for regular maintenance, air filter, tires, spark plugs, muffler, brakes, transmission flush, belt replacement, bluetooth installment, car dash cam installment, and everything in between. Amin's edification in car maintenance goes back from when he used to work as a mechanic for Toyota to owning his own shop, to now owning a piece of the Okay Tire franchise. No matter where he goes I follow because I trust him that much. Amin is very good at diagnosing and resolving any issue, and if he or his crew get it wrong they will make it right.

“This is my second trip to Matt, Faith,Mick, and Jack at Ocean Park Automotive. This time I brought them my collector MGB. They correctly diagnosed why it was grinding going into 2nd gear, giving it a temporary fix. Then they gave an inspection (requested by me) suggesting other matters graded for urgency needing follow up. Excellent value for money. Please consult with the shop before bringing them a collector, as it apparently is a special situation. I will be back so these friendly, skilled, professional people can complete the repairs needed.”

Went In for an oil change and they provided a full vehicle diagnostic and a print out estimate of a couple things that need work on my vehicle. I appreciated that they gave a full estimate on recommended work as other places I have been too before did not do this. Also they have a shuttle service to take you back home while your vehicle. Definitely will be back.”

“Don’t know where to start, recently moved to the mainland from Victoria and had been looking for a trust worthy, knowledgeable mechanic to do some work. Had some bad experiences with other shops and stumbled on z&r one day while trying to search for shops on google. As a full time student and project coordinator it was super hard for me to find time in the weekdays and so my only option was the weekend. I called them at 10am on a Saturday after the shop I was supposed to go to said they were too busy and told me to come some other day. I called z&r told them I needed to get my brakes done and needed some other things inspected before winter. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and offered for me to come at 1pm on the same day and he’d take care of me, which is exactly what he did. They were super knowledgeable and honest, providing info and advice on what my options are for certain issues and never once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured about anything. Their prices are more than fair and very competitive compared to other shops. Can’t recommend these guys enough, especially with the amount of crappy shops out there. These guys are the best!”

Got the yearly service, AC gas recharge and brake pads change. This was my first “ever” work done outside the dealership - in 30 years for any of my cars. Dealership wanted to change the major components of AC but Brandon inspected and advised against it. It’s been couple of weeks and AC is going good so far.
I am glad I bumped into them.”

“Just recently had the guys at the NSOF Langley location swap out the original OEM suspension on my bought new 2011 Toyota 4runner Limited.
I got several quotes and these guys weren't just the best quote - they earned my business. The entire staff that I interacted with - were polite and friendly. Malcolm was great, explained everything to me, was quick with responding to my questions, more importantly; he listened to exactly what my needs were and then guided me through it. (minor offroading, loading up motorcycles on a hitch carrier)
He recommended products and definitely didn't bank on my ignorance. Super nice guy - and his passion for his job and offroading shows through!

Despite being super busy, Ken helped to schedule me in, and also helped me to look into some additional informations (now I think about it, I probably sounded really needy... but I wasn't trying to! ? Just genuinely curious about some informations, but I would have been fine without knowing them ?)
