Have you ever spent 200 bucks on an item anywhere and they don’t even have a bag?! Gift wrap or nothing? The only ugly option is this picture and their attitude! Well done!

Amazing staff! The prices are on the high side, but that is the economy. Enjoyed shopping there.

Please train your staff appropriately. We (a family of four with one baby and a toddler) among many others, were asked to leave the store immediately because they have to attend an “emergency staff meeting”. We were fortunate enough to pass by Cows, and the staff at Cows kindly informed us about the “active shooting incident” that was happening in Whistler Village and on top of that, invited us (and a number of other people) into the store as a safe shelter. It is unbelievable that your staff at North Face not only failed to offer a safe shelter for the public, but kept this information to themselves and let the public (which includes innocent families like mine) to wander outside, knowing that it clearly would be an unsafe environment. Please do better. Please provide proper emergency/crisis training to your employees. Do not lie to your customers. I would give this store 0 stars, but it would not let me post this comment without giving at least one star. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

No help from staff what so ever. Just bought some stuff for my son. The two people in the shop where looking at the screen, or their telephone. Go somewhere Else for your North Face clothes

Disinterested staff who left the security tag on my jacket on. I live 2 1/2 hours away and I offered to mail it back for removal. Was told they don’t do mail ins.. whaaat?? This is clearly their fault. Only suggestion was to go to nordstroms to try and get them to take it off. Honestly. Emma the manager didn’t even come to the phone. Will never shop here again.

Great experience at this store. Staff were friendly and helpful, I was asked if I needed assistance within a min or two of entering, and was helped the entire time I was in the store. Love the products. Would definitely shop here again.

We had Millie helping us around the store, she was delightful and made the shopping experience a lot of fun. Great customer service throughout the whole store. And of course, north face so you know it's good quality products

BEST RETAIL SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I have worked in retail for 3 years and I have to say these staff members deal with insane customers in such a calm matter. I could never. I recommend going and even giving a tip.

Got to the store today at 5:55pm wanting to quickly check if they had a trail runner in stock. The door was locked, and when I knocked I was told by the guy that they couldn’t help me and to come back the next day at 10am. Sorry guys, but I’ll be skiing then, all I needed was five minutes, and you’ve definitely lost a sale.

I had such a great experience at this store! I came to Whistler on a whim for a ski trip, and completely forgot to pack goggles, mittens, etc. A very lovely girl (I think her name was Alyssa) hooked me up with all the sick gear. Her colleague was also extremely welcoming (brunette girl, I think her name started with an M?) and made me feel welcomed on my first day here. Overall, 10/10 experience.

I love the The North Face brand. It’s one of my faves. I was wearing it when I wandered into the Whistler store. The store was very quiet when I was in. About 5 customers and my family. When I entered I was greeted by… no one. The 4 staff were occopied. 1 with a customer and 3 leaning on a door jamb behind the empty counter engaged in personal conversations. I was pulling sizes in front of them for about 5 minutes with no assistance. After I had pulled a few things I had to ask for a change room and a place to stack my purchases. I then walked to the jackets and technical pants section. High price point. No one was available to help as now all 4 were engaged behind the counter chatting. I spent about $250 and would likely have doubled or tripled that had I (or my family who were also shopping) had ANY assistance. When I checked out, my purchases were dumped unfolded in a bag. After I checked out I suggested to the gathered staff that their current approach to customer service leaves a little to be desired and why. I was met with silent stares and in one instance a dirty look. North Face Whistler is either not training their staff at all well or they are taking the market for granted. Either way it was a real disappointment by a brand I otherwise consider myself an ambassador for.The North Face Whistler
