Ryan is absolutely amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable! My ski trip was getting ruined by my old boots which were too large, since my liner was packer after 3 seasons. Ryan gave me all the options available with a no-pressure approach. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me and I am so grateful with their products and outstanding no pressure service. I would highly recommend Surefoot and especially Ryan.

I was recommended by a friend to go visit the team down at Surefoot. It was a wonderful experience. Each team member was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I 10/10 recommend this for any level of skier. The liners are super comfortable, plus they have a heated boot setting for anyone with cold feet!

I have had feet vs boot problems for years and was recommended Surefoot by an expert bootfitter in Whistler village. From the minute I walked into Surefoot I was impressed and the ski boot I had custom fitted has been so unbelievably comfortable. I skied for another 6 days in Whistler in comfort and pain-free. I was looked after so well by Aydon and the rest of the team. It’s’ been the best money I could have spent and I totally recommend Surefoot!!!!

Many things wrong with the place.1. The boot will cost you around 2k2. You have to fully trust them and it might go wrong, you can not try the boat beforehand or compare with different boots because they make the liners themselves so all of them can be the same uncomfortable boot3. They make their own liner without any primaloft, unlike most boot brands at the moment, so they will set up the heating things on the boot so you pay 400$ extra to get heat otherwise I assure you your feet will freeze. The only positive is that any problem you have you can come back and get it down for free, but be ready to go lots of times.

After my first fitting was not very comfortable, Sam the branch manager came to help me. He replaced the shoes with more comfortable ones and correctly all the issues. The second set of boots were great. Thanks for the great customer service Sam.

These guys are fantastic. I walked in, and they heated the liner in my new boot and made sure my foot was not being clamped to death. They didn't even charge me for the work. Great service is rare these days and Surefoot delivers on that front.

I got my first pair of Surefoot Ski Boots 2 seasons ago and they've been GREAT! It's one of those decisions that you make think "Why the heck didn't I do this LONG ago??" - probably cuz I couldn't afford them before :P . There is good value though as a pair of good boots will cost you $500-600 anyway and I use custom orthotics that run me $425 a set for my shoes anyway. Not to mention the guaranteed fit.We went in this past trip up to Whistler and got a pair for my wife and wanted to give a shout out to Eric who was AMAZING. He took the time and consideration to make sure she had a great experience with the fitting. Keep up the great work!!

If there is one store in Whistler that rates higher than all others, it is Surefoot. The men who work there go above and beyond to ensure that a skier is fitted with what is arguably the most important piece of equipment on the hill: ski boots. I was put into boots that I never thought would fit me, and with Raynaud's disease, they helped me incorporate two sets of batteries on each boot that allow me to ski even on the coldest days. What makes Surefoot different is that once you are a customer of theirs, you remain one. They will adjust and tweak anything for you, even if you come to them years after. You can walk into their store, like I did yesterday, and be helped on the spot. When I asked what he had done, he said it was a secret. It's this secret touch of the dedicated boot-fitters that makes this place so special.Surefoot Whistler: Thank you for your wonderful customer service over the years. You are the best.

I have always had problems with my boots since I was 14. Tried everywhere else in the village and no one else seems to really care or could even help. Then tired Surefoot. What an amazing service. The guys are so knowledgeable and friendly. And I can keep coming back as many times as I want. Ski boots can be tricky and being able to comeBack and adjust as many times as you need is a life saver.

I lost an entire day of skiing due to this place. Told them they didn’t feel right at the start. The inserts were cutting off circulation. Had to go back twice in an attempt to get them fixed. Ended up having to return the product. I’ll add I was given basically no presentation of the product. I didn’t realize the extent of what they were selling me, a custom full boot insert and sole. I was under the impression I’d be getting a new pair of boots and a custom sole. Surprise surprise.I was also told that they usually don’t do refunds but they would for me. As if I or anyone would accept $$$ boots that don’t fit. Like so I was at risk because my custom fitted boots and inserts were wrong?!!!I spoke with another fitter and they determined that the boot was not even the right size for my foot, let alone whatever else they did.Luckily my hotel offered ski binding service as otherwise Id have lost even more time.

I’d give a 0 star if I could and here’s why:Please note, I ski 80-100 times per year over the last 7 years and this is my 3rd ski boot.1) The first staff member I worked with fit my boot incorrectly. The liner was too big and ended up resulting in two days on the mountain that were less than satisfactory. Resulted in me coming back in and having the manager refit the boot. He acknowledged that the incorrect liner was installed.2) My boots are heated, but here's the thing... I had a pair of batteries from 2021 that were compatible with the first liner that was installed. I was informed by the first staff member that these batteries would work with the liner and they did. However, after the second liner was installed (due to first one being incorrect) the heating cord that attaches to the battery no longer fit. Thus coming back to the store for a 3rd time now. The manager explained to me that they no longer carry that model of battery, and did a patch work job on the end of the cord by shaving it down so that the battery would connect to the cord. The shaving was too much, the battery was slightly loose, and that battery is now gone. $400.3) The boot cuff rivet pivot fell off. Didn't notice for a few days until the outside of my knee began bothering me due the extra amount of flexion that was occurring with the boot. 4th time back to the store to have this issue fixed.4) Ski boot clip broke. Routinely putting on my boots in the morning and the clip broke in half. No fault of the shop I'd say however... my buddy who is an ex-ski racer and coach had this happen TWICE to his boots purchased from SureFoot. In all of both our years, we've never had this happen once. This was my 5th time coming back to the store. They didn't have the part, so there's a replacement clip currently. I need to go back for a 6th time to get the actual piece.I paid approximately $1,600 for these boots. I've been to the store more times that I would like, and have received zero acknowledgement from the store that this is any way unacceptable.I will not purchase boots from this store ever again, will not recommend, and highly advise people to save their money and go elsewhere.

Really great boot buying experience. Expensive? Yes. But I do believe it is worth it. as boots are really the one thing skiing-wise that you want to seriously invest in. Last season I bought a pair of new Tecnica boots from Surefoot and was having some problems with the fit in the heel area. Went in today and without getting into details I was blown away by the lengths they went to make sure I was happy in my boots (and now I am!). Shoutout to the fellow who helped me out today (never got his name).
