The staff here are very pushy and overbearing. It’s a GAP. Relax. I can figure it out. If I need anything I’ll ask. There are 10 of you standing in the sweater section.The management could definitely save some money by cutting the staff count.

Worth the stop in. I always manage to find a deal at discounted prices. I am confused about the buy one get the second at 50% off. I never go in with the intention of buying two. Like everything else, prices are not cheap but quality is there for sure ???

What can I say, I tried on clothing with no check in from the staff, but ........it's the Gap. Friendly at the counter.

We ended up going to Roots. The product was god, but the person working there young Indian person was very ignorant in his responses for no reason. At some point, I asked if there are fitting rooms, and he pointed to a direction without even looking who is asking as if we are burdening him. The store was mostly empty. A few minutes later he was chatting and laughing discussing his plans to visit India next month with another Indian female customer. We did minimum purchase since he was not helpful and looked for another place. We found Roots and experience was normal. I think some level of training how to act respectfully toward others is needed for the staff.

I really appreciate all the Gap staff that makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer! Especially Ash! She always greets us with such kind smile and almost everyone of their staff are very kind and accommodating to my little one when it comes to Baby clothes!!!
