Unfortunately, i left my camera in the store and did not realize it until I was back in Vancouver. The staff went above and beyond to help return my lost camera to me in Toronto. I would highly recommend this store for their extraordinary service and kindness. If I'm ever back in Whistler, I would not hesitate going back...heartfelt thanks again to the team!”

“A great small store. I have been struggling to find the right base layer for skiing. They helped me find a lightweight, soft merino wool sweater. I wore just the sweater under my ski jacket and it performed. Stayed dry and warm. And it looks great. Thank you so much for your expert help.”

“My kids love their Hatley rain gears and accessories! The colors and prints are fantastic for kids. They can wear it mix and match from head to toe. Their umbrellas and rain boots are durable. Their color changing jackets are very fun too. During the pandemic, my little one live his Hatley masks as well. At least he had good memories during that time.”
