The store employees are always on the phone, hardly acknowledges the customers. Also their online return system sucks, especially Araceli Hernandez, Cesar Nieto,Xavier Verval, and "Aaron" with latino accent. I have over $2200 Canadian dollars that they're refusing to refund for over 2 months of them items arriving at their warehouse, the shipping of which I had to pay for, which alone cost me over $200, and when I called they say it's sitting with "supervisor for security reasons for the total amount" for weeks, but when I placed an order it wasn't placed under "security" check, and also they don't allow you to modify order or address within 30 mins and ship it out right the next day so there's no chance for you. The worst, unpleasant, incompetent workers I've ever come across through phone and email. I'm taking them to a small court. good thing I'm a lawyer

The employee that we dealt with did not seem very enthusiastic about their job. Seemed to be just "going through the motions".Also after bringing up a couple shirts to purchase, we had noticed some imperfections on the shirts, so we gave these to this employee, I was expecting him to take them into the back room or something. But as we were leaving we turned back and saw him putting them back on the rack...

Staff was attentive and friendly. Prices are as to be expected, you are buying beachware in Whistler.I am happy with my purchases and was not pressured or upsold. Just how I like to shop.Cheers!

Not many my size was available. I bought one pair of bathing suits but it was really pricy. Some of design was good but wish the price was much lower.

I visited the Whistler Village store around 230pm on August 7, 2020. I bought 2 shirts and spent $100+ and I went to leave and the machines at the door beeped. The employee checked my purchase, swearing she made sure the items were de-magnetized and that "there must be something else in my bag that must be beeping," I assured her there was nothing else in my bag (I am most certainly not a thief). I checked that my purchase (and my bag, separately) was fine through the security scanner, and it was. And I've never been more humiliated. Thank you Billabong for calling me a thief.
