The manager on site, Bridgette, was incredibly resourceful in getting my wallet back to me with an overnight delivery - for our final move from Vernon to Vancouver Island, when I left my wallet in the store. Had it not had been for her very kind (and quick) actions, I would still be running back and forth between the banks and Service BC to gather all my personal info.
