I bought frozen chicken breasts and stored them properly as I always have and when I went to defrost them they had a hard white skin around them. I called the store and was told to bring them back, when I arrived I was interrogated about how they were stored and that they were outside the return window. The manager/owner told me she would dispose of them in the dumpster. I will NEVER shop at this M & M location again!! Ps this is the first time I have ever attempted to return something to an M & M’s.

My favorite place to shop, good deals, friendly counter staff. Highly recommend and love anything I buy food wise. With the price of groceries at the store now, it really is a great value. I am grateful to have the West Kelowna store on my way home for quick meals. Christina

I like the food at M&M and purchase from there quite often as I find it very handy.My only complaint is that I'm disappointed that they wouldn't replace the insulated bag I purchased only a few months ago because the zipper was broken. The bag is still like new.I still have a similar but larger bag I bought a few years ago and have to say that it's getting pretty worn, but the zipper is still in good condition.

Lady who worked there was putting things away was kinda snotty, and was giving me dirty looks. Not sure if she just had a bad day or what but super uncomfortable.
