Very slow check out. Commented to the sales supervisor cashiering at customer service that it'd be nice to have self checkouts and she ignored me entirely.
Good sales on snacks though!

If I could do more then 5 stars I would. This rating comes from the Pharmacy and it's amazing staff member who took the time to talk with me after she closed it down. Even though I couldn't get my wofes meds that night she was so fantastic. Thank you

Like the store as it has unique product that you don’t get elsewhere. All the other stores carry the same things so its nice they take a different approach to offering specialty items. Tends to be pricier though so have to do comparison shopping. Otherwise would shop there more. Great they have a rewards program as well so can look forward to some cashback. Every dollar counts these days with the cost of goods. Have found the staff pleasant and helpful as well and its a clean store.

When I went into the store, there was the most intense buzzing sound. The employee at the desk where the cameras are placed assured me it was just normal, that it was a light bulb. I felt so bad for all the employees that must have to tune out that frequency everyday. The fact that management cannot be bothered to change a light bulb is extremely sad and disheartening. Do they even care about their own employees? ….just get a latter and change the light bulb.

Nice and helpful staff. Unlike other London Drug Stores, this location usually has the items you’re looking for. Great location and lots of parking. Close to lots of other shopping places. Look for in store specials that are not listed in Store Flyer.

AWFUL PHARMACY, Not only does it take forever to get a prescription filled, they take forever to even get to talk to a pharmacist about anything. To top it off they called to let me know that my father's prescription was ready for pick up, and when I called back to double check it was ready, they ended up giving his prescription away to someone else as I went a day later from when they said it was originally ready. I have never ever heard of such a thing ? . Not sure if this is a regular practice, but extremely frustrating and very unprofessional!

It's not bad enough that the government meddles in our lives but now I have long haired robocop telling a 52 year n old women what she can n cannot buy. I asked my 19 yr old son what lottery ticket I get..robo cop overheard and thought it was for him n stuck his nose in and refused to sell me ( 52) a ticket. I ensured him that it was for me, but he was so argumentative and outright rude. He said that my " son said the name of the ticket." Why? Because i asked him what I buy. I finally had to tell him "enough is enough," as his lecture was inappropriate. He's been there too long and grousely overstepped his boundaries. I'll be skipping London Drugs in fear that I'll have to deal with his smug attitude.
