“Today I went to my Superstore again to order my meds. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the pharmacist managing it and her dedicated staff. Here are just a few of her qualities: She has the ability to accurately interpret prescriptions, knowledgable, kind, patient and very professional and patient orientated. If you have an allergy to a certain medication and it is prescribed by mistake, she and her team will not fill the prescription. Her team is alert, friendly and very hardworking. I also got the most amazing service from the man at the fish department, I musts have looked surprised, I suppose I was, as good and great customer service is just not a thing of the past. Then to top off the incredible experience when I got to the cashier, wow, I have been taken care of by Leslie a few times, she has the Smile one will never forget and it sends you off in the best mood ever. Thank you Superstore staff, all three department were shining today.”
“This place makes the best vegan sandwiches on the planet. Everything here is delicious and interesting! It's always fun to keep coming back and see what's new! Everyone who works here is also incredibly helpful and kind. My wife, son, and I make it a regular stop as often as we can.”
“The best Produce in all of Kelowna. We shop there for all of our produce. The store is clean, offers a variety of groceries including a Bakery. They provide local items and B.C. products as well. Can't say enough good things about this Market. It's tops*****”

“The pharmacy is great, as is the service. I do have one complaint about the Safeway staff.. It seems that if you look a certain way, they assume that you might be a thief and they will put a staff member to watch h you or follow you . This treatment is somewhat understandable but their judgements are not. I am BONDABLE and have no arrests except for just being me ( my outspoken ways) I think that they should be a little less obvious when it comes to being followed or watched , because it is a bit insulting and they might just be wrong in their judgements”

“This Safeway is convenient being downtown. Their cashier staff are really friendly. They have a pretty decent selection and even sell stuff other grocery stores don’t have. My biggest complaint is their parking lot basically being stocked by the parking ticketers and sometimes not enough staff being pulled to cash.”
“see, i went to the store 3 times, i tough maybe the excellent service i am getting from the store staff is just a one day thing. BUT NO .. THEY WERE CONSISTENTLY HELPFUL and Kind , i would mention MR. Samy he went out of his way to help me find 2 of 3 things i couldn't , locate plus for the one remaining item he placed an order right there an then . i would also like to mention another staff in the produce area on my first visit . he saw me calculating the price vs weight of the herbs i had in my hand and offered to show me where i can have more better option for the same herb. the staff at the checkout has always been so patient , kind and intuitive . i am bad at remembering names . but i am going today again to bring the staff names as well as more pictures ( the store was stacked to perfection )”
“Me and some of my family members have been going to Save On pharmacy in West Kelowna for years now and they’ve always been so great to us. Of all the pharmacies I’ve been to they’ve always been the quickest and most helpful. I went there today and it was the first time there was a bit of a wait - I hadn’t planned ahead very well and I don’t live as close as I used to so I just didn’t have the time to wait. None of that was their problem of course, but the pharmacist was so nice about it (I believe his name was Mark) and he ended up filling my prescription in about five minutes. I really appreciated it!”
“It's clean and easy to get in and out of, as there is a light at hwy 97s. It may not be the place to buy family packed products but a great stop if you knead something for a quick shop. With a Petro Can gas station in the same parking lot it's convenient.”
