Big Box staff was not able to provide great information. As we mostly only had dumb TV’s in the house, so moving up in the Y2K era and beyond asked about technology like steps that today’s kinda smart/smart/and Nic Tesla smartest TVs. However Matt from Andres provided info and pricing advances as we walked through Andres TV selection. Buy smart buy local. I did not pay any more than I would have from Big Box! Thanks Matt and Andres!

Wow! The customer service from Matt at Andres Electronics in West Kelowna is beyond superb. I would love to give him 10 stars. I bought an av receiver from him but wished I had chosen the one I didn’t. Matt made it all work and even price matched the second receiver. I will never go any where else for any electronic needs. Highly recommended! Thanks Matt and Andres Electronics

My fiancé and I went in to switch from bell to Telus as the prices for mobility were superior. We had a slightly complex request with trading an old phone in, implementing a bring your own device, and adding a new phone to the new contract, along with swapping over an Apple Watch plan from bell. Aiden was amazing with swiftly getting us on our way and providing discounts where he could with no hiccups throughout the whole process. Highly recommend going to see him if you have any questions about phone stuff, or anything else in the store for that matter. Thanks Aiden!
