Doing business with Raisa at Yana Imaginative Audio Visual Solutions Incorporated was initially an ok experience.
That said, I was diagnosed with two cancers almost immediately after that, couldn't work, and am in dire straits financially,
I have since had to sell off most of my assets to keep our house.
As a former musician, it has been simply heartbreaking losing many years worth of vintage music and audio gear for a fraction of their worth.
I asked Scott, the owner of Yana, if they could accept a return of the SVS sub I had recently purchased from them.
It is in mint shape as it is literally weeks old.
I was told that my request was outside of their small return window of two weeks which the owner said precluded me returning the unit.
He said the company did not have the money to reimburse me.
I was left wondering that, if it was the week before, he would have somehow had the money? It felt greedy.
He didn't even make me an offer....
I called Yana requesting a humanitarian exception and a bit of understanding but instead was given an ice cold excuse that simply made them look cheap and didn't hold water.
I cannot recommend such a cut throat company especially considering I am in desperate need of help and am simply looking for a break.
Owner said I should sell it on Canuck mart. Nice....

They are serving North Shore Many years, located in West Vancouver, smart home systems, they specialize at control4. Yana have Reliable, knowledgeable technicians working with the company very long time, impressive service.

Yana provides a refreshingly superior service for the serious audiophile and works with a reasonable budget without sacrificing quality. Scott, Reza and their team were amazing at every level - from a personalized proposal to a super competent team of sound engineers with real sensibility for music and sound. Reza sent over a proposal with detailed configurations and options for top-brand and quality systems to meet our needs. After some consideration of sonos arc/sub, we got Elac DFR52 floor speakers with Sonos amps and a control4 universal system to control everything from one remote and with the Sonos app. We had multi-room setup that they configured with volume controls. Reza's team also mounted our TV on brick with precision and care. I even got to come to the store and sample some Clapton on the speakers with Reza. You will be pleased.

We got some new hifi headphones from yana audio video today. Grado and focal wireless headphones for our home theater setup. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Vancouver. Highly recommend them for quality hifi electronics.

Purchased a pair of headphones. Their selection for in-ears was awful -- they only had the one pair. The sales guy told us the pair they had was better than the pair we had originally come in for, and gave us a discount, which was nice.However, they failed to tell us that the headphones they were selling us only worked with Apple products. They also failed to tell us they were final sale, and refused to exchange the headphones when they did not work with our devices.I would recommend you think twice before purchasing from here.

This is a great spot for any audio video products or services. They have some of the best HiFi equipment and also do great job in wiring and installation of TV and home automation. They did wire up our TV, speakers including ceiling speakers which were difficult to install. All around fantastic job and reasonable prices. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
