“Its serendipitous that I happened to come in here while both Alisa and Nina were working. I am from out of town and the 2 of them made me feel not only like I was a local but like I was family. They took the time to answer all of my questions and had great recommendations for me as well. Its a breath of fresh air to have been treated so kindly and not feel like a number. I will definitely be back and I look forward to showing off my new shirts!”
“Came into the store looking for shorts and walked out with shorts and more. Cole did an amazing job serving my needs within seconds of entering the store. Asked for what I was looking for and within a couple mins he had 4 or 5 articles of clothing for me to try, most of which I ended up buying. He has a great sense of what you're looking for and seems to have a great eye for style and personal detail. I'll be back again and again when the service is that good. Cole has a talent for this and I know that he'll go far with his attitude and aptitude towards his customers. Thanks Cole, me and my girlfriend will be back, especially when hoodie season creeps back around. 11/10 service.”
“I really like the staff and honestly just came here to buy corny shit for my friend. My complaints do not criticize this store itself, but the people that go there regularly. Whenever I walk in here I feel like a small deer that has the scope of 8 rifles pointed at me constantly. Quite frankly, I do not feel scared or intimidated, but rather just…awkward? I got a guy cosplaying as Mclovin on one side of the store and a 7 foot bulldozer on the other side dressed as a femboy twink. I feel like I walk into a Rick and Morty episode every time I walk in there. I feel like a really awkward dear. Does that make sense? Some days it’s kind of slow and there are actually NORMAL people in the store. But on busy days you can find so many 10s and 1s. The only reason I’m not giving this place 4 stars is because I actually got someone’s number in the store, so thanks

“I have shopped many times at Talbots. Every time I have been there the service was exemplary. I've always been greeted right away by a sales associate that went over and above helping me find what I needed. And I have found if that associate got tied up with another customer someone else would be right there asking if there was anything they could help me with.
My granddaughter went and picked me out a lovely outfit for my birthday. Some of the sizes weren't exact but I had absolutely no problem whatsoever exchanging them. I highly recommend Talbots to all of my friends. I don't even bother going any place else when I need a new outfit.”

I had flown in from Whitehorse ( after working 6 months in the bush and on my way home to New Brunswick) I had a wedding to attend rather last minute and all I had was plaid! Shannon took her time and dressed me head to toe! Even had the shoes in the back

“Really nice staff, greet you when you enter and then give you space. I appreciate that they’re not overbearing and are happy to help if you have questions (rather than hovering like in many other stores). They helped me bring the correct dress size from another location which saved me a lot of time. The guy with the blonde hair (manager?) was especially kind and helpful.”

“My son was figuring out which item to buy his niece and workers were very friendly and helpful ,then each time i turned around I noticed 2 workers hovering close by pretending to fold clothes or straighten items on hangers even one in the back watching us so closely while all eyes were on us the real thief ran out the door with an arm full of very expensive jackets lol”
“No complaints about this place, they've got a great clothing selection! You can find anything from basics to fancy clothes here all within a rather affordable price. It's got two floors with lots to choose from, a changing room, and a kid's section too. The staff are always kind and helpful and I've never had a bad experience shopping here.”

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the wonderful service I received from Patricia during my recent visit. I was really hoping to get a throw blanket that day, so I first asked another employee if they could find it for me. Unfortunately, they came back saying I’d have to order it online.
When I went to the cashier to pay for my pillow, I decided to ask again, this time, Patricia helped me. She quickly checked and actually found the blanket in stock! She came back even faster than the first employee and made sure I left the store with what I wanted.
