Worse experience ever! You have to wait 2 hrs for something take less than 5 minute. There is no appointment available / lack of staff / staff are not helpful regarding on prioritizing

The representative, Soheil, was really helpful and knowledgeable at the same time. I ended up going there after going to a couple of other places in the mall and speaking to representatives who didn't even understand what I was looking for. He understood right away and gave me a solution. I'm planning on bringing a couple of other lines with them. So, I can't recommend working with him enough.
